You don't seek attention, like seeking for you subbs to tell you that you'r wrong and say you hate everything, you got a good balance between loving your work and knowing when you should have worked more on some things. Good job, you'r a real inspiration for me!
I was looking sooo long for a specific end table that I had seen in other builds and screens, but couldn't find anywhere! Then, in a flash, i saw you click it to place and delete. Yes! It's with supernatural! I've had it this whole time... thank you for recording with the gameplay/interface thing on! Great house btw ;)
Thank you, people always ask why I use dark wood for my house building and it's just more of a comfort thing for me. I've always loved hard wood floors and the darker wood just makes it feel cozy. I use lighter colors for gym rooms and such and darker colors for rooms where you want to relax. Just me I guess.
really love the house... looks beautiful from the outside, and you've done a really really great job on the inside! i hope you go on with detailling so much, because you did it very well and it looks just so much better :) thinking about downloading it (i just rarely download houses from others^^)
I like the structure of the house but same as you, I'm also not happy with the interior and do a lil bit more of landscaping. You should put some trees behind the house maybe?
James, could you build a house with Curtis Paradis? I think that would look AMAZING! Both yours and Curtis's house look excellent so to combine both your ideas would be incredible!
You did a really good job on the house. The overall feel of the place ended up seeming quite cosy and nice. May I just ask to someone, what cheat does he use that removes the alignment to the grid, because otherwise you can't get all the plants in a confined space. My youtube doesn't run on high quality too well, and I couldn't see the cheat when he typed it in.

well, seeing how you keep talking about you not being skilled in interior design, some advice, maybe you should lose all those really old pieces when decorating a modern/contemporary house, such as the master bedroom bedside lamps or that huge wardrobe in there. They completely change the character of the building. Also there's no need to keep the same wallpaper everywhere, as you pointed out every room isn't necessarily the same and last, no need to overdo it with potted plants :) Having said all these the building looks great :)

I think you should keep the speed at x6, but when you are doing furniture you should make it a tiny bit slower, just because I couldnt really see what was going on!

you could try to make a house (as a big challenge) by never recoloring anything. The only colors you could use are the base one(s) EA makes.

If you look in the bookshelf at 24:21 you can see that the frames there are actually pictures of a sim from the sims 2 and a dog from the sims 2 pets!

They completely change the character of the building.
