  • Vsevolod was mobilized in Russia and sent to the front line in Ukraine. In his confession, he directly points out such negatives of the russian army: high casualties, disregard of personnel by the commanding officers, and bullying by the contract soldiers of the russian army. The prisoner faced numerous mental abuse from his officer, he was often called 'demihuman' and rejected in basic human rights. After being in Ukrainian captivity, Vsevolod addresses his fellow citizens and urges them: NOT TO GO to war. Hear it yourself in this exclusive comment for UATV.

@@brinjoness3386 Yeltsin was corrupt through and through. He was facing corruption investigations, before handing power to Putin, and wouldn't you know it, all those investigations went away. Sometimes due to people having "accidents" or being publicly smeared. He basically helped usher in Putin's Russia, so if not barbaric, he was certainly part of the problem.
EDIT: Oh, also Yeltsin ordered the Russian military to fire on the Russian Parliament in 1993 to settle a "constitutional crisis". With tanks. After which he had the parliament dismantled and basically declared that laws will be put in place at the whim of the "president". Because of course, it's Russia. He speaks of his comrades not being found to be sent home. Russia will not pay families of soldiers who have been killed in action if there is no body to be found. They consider them just missing so they could’ve deserted. They could’ve been cowards in their eyes. So that’s their loophole to not having to pay families for their loss. Ukrainian soldiers exhumed a mass grave of countless Russian soldiers that were put in there by their own men and covered with heavy equipment. From what I understand, the Ukrainian soldiers were taking the identification from the bodies, and making an attempt to get them back to their families. it was amazing to see a humanitarian attempt being made by Ukraine, even in such adverse and horrific times for them. especially the humanitarian attempt to help the families of the same people that invaded their country and killed so many of their people. Russia doesn’t really care about their soldiers or their families.

One thing I can say for everyone's sake and especially for Russian families in the future about their criminally disrespected fallen: they all have at least one dental record and a haircomb type DNA sample back home with the fallens hair root sample etc. That is how archeologists acknowledge skeletons from ancient times. Its brutal and its cruel and the wildlife will find them but they won't be "anonymous skeletons" forever. Which for me is a helpful thought, maybe for others to, it could be. At least there's diploatic resource possibilities there for them, and their families.

@tatjanaarandelovic9555 Key phrase 'Don't think, just do it. Someone else already has thought about it for you'.
This reminds me of a few appropriate quotes about confrontation on the battlefield or the playing field.
No plan survives initial contact with the enemy. and, as Mike Tyson once said:
Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.
The key to success on the battlefield is having NCO leadership that can assess the situation during duress and adjust the initial plan according to the circumstances encountered to still accomplish the task assigned.
Beaten into my skull repeatedly in the Marine Corp ...
Fire and maneuver to acquire and maintain fire superiority. Make the other guy keep his head down and fixed in position and call in supporting arms. It's called military combined arms doctrine. But none of it works if you don't have excellent leadership on the squad and platoon level. NCO leadership ... leads the way. The ruzzkis have none of this within their mobik troops. They will continue to get their asses handed to them until they learn how to think for themselves and not wait for threatening orders from above.

Look, you don't tape over somebody if he's got something valuable to say, especially if he has a good message for the Russians you want him to be clearly heard in his own language a you provide subtitles. This post would be amazing and very useful if you kept the original sound. For some reason you've turned it into nothing, maybe as a propaganda message for the Western support .. but .. someone got creative and we will never know how far it got .. I wish it was real ..

Except that MANY words are botched in the subtitles, which seem to be computer-generated by some deficient voice-transcription software. The narrator is reading from a different, and much better, English translation. But I agree that the narrator's extremely heavy, lugubrious accent is rather grating. They should get the man who creates the "Reporting from Ukraine" videos to narrate these. His accent is very listenable; even lyrical.

Always the same: go defend that line and no, you don't get any weapon/ammo/food/clothing. If you retreat, you will be shot. Same Russian Communist BS.

The light of faith requires two exterior conditions: freedom and truth. Freedom to willfully choose God, freedom to be alive long enough to choose it. Truth, the means, materials, and Gospel that contains the seed of faith...the presence of the Church. The light of faith requires two interior qualities: the desire to be loved and the desire to love. The desire to be loved is to be open to care and correction for your greatest good. The desire to love to learn gratitude and the cost of the love we receive and to know it is all worth it. The sacrifice, the passion, the evolution, the purity.
The former is our responsibility, the latter is God's responsibility.
Ukraine, you are not a slave! You will be free!
