Yes sir you are right. lekin restaurant to restaurant vary karta hai fixed cost and variable cost, aapke restaurant ka fixed cost kisi ke restaurant ka variable cost ban jata hai depend karta hai cuision to cuison for example aapke restaurant ki salary fixed cost hai but ek Indian restaurant hai jo party book karta hai or maximum sale party se aata hai or unhone part timers outsource kar rakha hai jab jab party hogi ladke bula leta hai, party nhi hai to instore staff Limited hai to inka labour cost variable cost ban jayega, agar party jyada hui to labour cost badh jayega.
