Morning lids !
I've done the carnivore diet before and am doing it currently. the weirdest thing is finishing meals and being full but not feeling that bloat we typically miss communicate as full. As Adam says you do shed water weight but th benefits I saw were better sleep and improved energy pooing does get a bit hard but that's probably not a bad thing for Adam. Just keep meals interesting and you won't get bored

1:59:00 I work for the biggest and one of the only bin chute companies in the UK, so its very very likely Adam's old flat had one of our chutes. In the bin room there will be a either a bi or tri separator that separates the rubbish. When you press the buttons for general or recyclable, it moves a metal plate in the separator that guides the rubbish to fall into one of two holes, so it falls out of the hole and into a bin. You'd need a specially made enormous bin to be wide enough to catch the rubbish from both holes, so Adam's situation isn't the norm.
Also the separators cost a fuck load so they've wasted thousands of pounds there.
One day I hope to have a less boring job

Don’t forget, that medical cannabis has been legal since 2018, and a lot of people use it legally so don’t be discriminating against people that smell of cannabis! I know Dan says no judgement but it just shows how uninformed the general public are about medical cannabis. You wouldn’t take the piss out of people on morphine patches for pain relief and it’s the same with cannabis now.
