AHH I AM THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
I wish I could study abroad in Korea but I can’t leave my cat alone :,)
understandable. if I had a cat, I don't think I'd be able to leave either
I feel the same way about leaving my cat! It would almost feel like abandoning a child.
dorm windows do open in the us; depending on how new the building is determines whether or not there’s a screen there tho (at least for my school)
Ahhh that’s interesting! I was curious bc this one just fully opens like that.
yeah! this is gross but when the bathrooms were being cleaned sometimes and i REALLY needed to brush my teeth i’d stick my head out the window to spit and rinse my brush with water. note i did this only bc the ground below me was simply the concrete roof of another building where no one could walk
@@kaitlinj5887 LOLLL. that’s funny. What was interesting was, in the building, there’s a net. I’m assuming to prevent students from falling over the railing on the higher floors, but then the windows opened so I was like, so u can’t fall indoors but,,, ig not much is stopping u from falling outdoors bahah

Does anyone know how much Korean you have to know to go to Korea 😭 like do I have to know a lot?
Honestly, Korea is very foreigner/tourist friendly ~ it does help to study a little bit before you come of course !! I know basic phrases to get around but there are a lot of self serve kiosks around and many people do speak a little bit of English here
i leave in a month to study abroad at KU and i'm nervyyyy, how was it getting a bus to the dorms?
yay! You’ll have so much fun
@@TuQuynh omg i applied thru tean too! i was really confused tho when they said they had a bus for us but then gave us instructions on how to get a bus and then a taxi to the dorms since i thought they said they'd provide a bus for us? 😭 and tysm for the rec, i'll def keep that in mind! :)
oh yay! Having a bus def makes things so much easier then.
what program did you go through to study there? i loved the video so entertaining :)
thank you so much! I did my program through TEAN (The Education Abroad Network) since my university was partnered with them
