Maybe you can try Island Ruins (Lv.155 WB map), it's a different map but the center spot is exactly the same. You can go there through the Night Owl Squad NPC in Liligold Island.

I don't really know exactly.. Will work for Lv.100+ i guess. You can still trigger the anecdote even u can't see the slot machine, just keep trying! ^.^
@@triaseptyani881 The first time i got there he had the exclamation mark above his head. Maybe you need to keep trying. I don't know if there's a condition to trigger this..

Maybe u were trying the wrong room or skipped some events?
what level do I have to be to trigger this quest. cause I'm at the place but i only see finger, there isn't a slot machine beside him

Normally u will get it. But one of my friends also had the same issue with a different anecdote, so i think it's bugged

It's time sensitive, i found him at 1 or 2AM. If u can't find him, try again another time ^^
