The term AJK is incorrect as that region was historically known as Jammu...The kashmir valley, where the term Kashmir comes from has historically been a very small part of the collective J&K state. hum punjabi be namak ko loon ya noon he kehtey hy something like that i am punjabi myself but i don't know much when i visited my punjab last month which is inside chakwal mor they used to say there loon or noon to namak too. lol
In Azad Kashmir we also make pink tea(namkeen chae/noon chae) ❤May be due to our associations with Kashmir and Kashmiris before partition...it is not that common here as much in Indian Illegally Occupied Kashmir.. But we make it in normal tea pots instead in Samawar....

Kashmir in reality is the Aryan Central Asian region of Bharat. All Kashmiri Muslims were Hindus who converted to Semitic-Islam quite recently. Thus the Pandits and Muslims of Kashmir are the same people. Buddhism spread from Kashmir to classical Central Asia and with it came the Kashmiri culture, traditions, crafts, etc. into this region. Kong (saffron), Santoor, etc. are indigenous to Kashmir. Note the Valley of Kashmir is Central Asia and has nothing to do with the Punjab in any manner
