I don't know if you already knew this, but Lathi means "tounge" or in this context, words that you say.
In the reff, the lyrics are Javanese which says

Based on true story. Lathi is a most beautiful princes in whole land of Java. (long time ago before indonesia) she beauty, young and full of mercy. Oneday she falling in love w/ a prince from another kingdom. And the prince finally married her. After married, lathi unhappy. The prince just use lathi for his purpose. Lathi just getting pain, pain and suffer. The prince so powerfull. Senat, politic, military under his power. Lathi search a freadom but she fail. Until oneday Lathi learn the deep black magic. It change her become monster. She can kill someone without touching. But with her black spell(santet) and lathi kill her husband with spell.
