Although recorded in 1977, there's a lovely 60s 'world folk sound' to this album. Reminiscent of the style of Davey Graham, Bert Jansch, John Rebourn & the like. Lovely to see this album 'rediscovered' 😊'
At the minute 39:32 the music stops due to a deafening alarm very similar to those of the war curfew. It is very amazing that Fakhr still wanted to keep the registration. We Westerners will never understand what the sacrifice he made to make this album means, recording the songs in a single night on a few cassettes passed from hand to hand, without a big record company behind him. Unfortunately, the history of music is only written by mainstream artists, but you can be a great artist even if you don't have a platinum record hanging on your wall.
To think these gems went undiscovered for so long...
Fine Anyway is a ridiculously good song. Hauntingly beautiful.
Awesome 60s-70s vibe. Reminds me of Jim Croce
really? mmh, maybe the moustache..

So this guy is like a reincarnation of Cat Stevens and Simon n Garfunkel
All the folks you mentioned are still alive 🤔

Did this guy find a time capsule or something? How did he replicate the 60s' sound so perfectly?
He made that album in the 70s
Great music. Where can we watch this guy? Any social media sccounts?
unfortunately, that's the only music available from this artist - he now lives in the US and stopped producing music :(
Check out 'Habibi Funk 025: East of Any Place' that was just released.
