dropmod means that a plugin was used to force drop the black knight halberd. It is a separate leader board for the category which is why this run "technically" isn't the world record. You can use the dropmod plugin through Livesplit itself which essntially puts the drop rate at 100%, but the best option (and the one that I use in all my runs) is a small program called Gadgetlemage. Gadgetlemage allows the bkh to drop at its natural rate, but in the scenario that it doesn't drop it will be forced into your inventory.
