A number of factors come into play. A few recommendations:
- Drink at least 2 litres of water per day to flush out toxins
- Have a consistent routine day and night
- Make sure to use SPF alongside your moisturiser or even use a moisturiser that contains SPF
- Try to avoid sugar where you can, abit here and there is fine
- Eat more natural sugar such as fruits or juice (not concentrated)
- Change your pillow case and bed sheets weekly
- Use a face cloth

Back in the day it was Avon.. but she taught me at a young tender age of 8 to take care of yourself inward and outward... I carried that on and downward to my son... He is extremely diligent on his facial routine..Black Americans have great genetics.. We just need to take better care of ourselves... We can age beautifully and gracefully... ❤️

He said he just uses water in prior interviews. He NEVER used these products prior. He's using his naturally good skin to sell overpriced products containing irritants to people who may have skin issues. Those products can potentially make things worse. Not to mention how ridiculously expensive they are! I know the majority of people can't purchase these items continuously. 😳🙄

And it's pretty simple as well. I was expecting something much more complicated lol! But obviously he's advertising his own skincare products at the same time.
Sometimes it really is genetics like a comment above I saw mention. I'll be 46 in May and not to toot my own horn lol but everyone mistakes my 23 year old daughter and I for sisters. I love it. She hates it lol. I've never had an extensive skin routine. Just blessed with my mama's skin. She's in her 80s and hardly has a wrinkle on her face.

What people don’t understand is that sometimes it’s really just genetics! You can see that’s his case. My mum literally has been using water and shea butter all her life and I have never seen a 55-year old with such baby smooth and young looking skin,yet she has NO routine. That’s just her genes that make her look young.

it's not the vibes, it's the race and skin tone. Different races age differently and the darker the skin tone = the less affected for the sun =the tighter the skin = the younger you'll look.
basicaly when a white looks like they "age gracefuly" tends to be at the same level of a person the same age but average brown/black aging.
