Love some of the double meanings in that final cutscene in prison with Mio. Her saying "My Noah", she's really wishing her Noah (N) would stop being such a bitch.
The beauty of Mio’s character for me comes from being a Xenoblade 2 fan. The beauty of Noah and Mio’s relationship comes from the fact that Mio’s initial detachment from Noah may have something to do with being born from M being disconnected from N as a result of his actions in accepting the Endless Now. Mio regrows her attachment to life thanks to her friends, and to Noah. And thanks to that, is able to fully comprehend the purpose behind Miyabi’s sacrifice.
I'm one of those people's who, even if I can guess a twist, I want to know how the twist occurs. For example, I called N being Noah and M being Mio, but I never could have guessed HOW it happened. I even use new game plus, not just to enjoy the game again, but I watch the cutscenes and conversations even closer to see all the hints dropped.
1:02:54 aw man, you left out one of my favorite lines from Taion in the whole game: "Even better, let's make a big sign saying, 'We're idiots, please shoot us'."
Mobius's way of living in the present is the most toxic, unhealthy way anyone can live in it, instead of living accepting what's in their lives now with love and appreciation they indulge themselves in mindless games, living only for extracting as much excitement in the moment as they can. The thing about the present is that it can and will change and denying that only leads to stagnation in both the world and yourself.
You know, something about the finding out what a baby is and where they come from is both funny and heartbreaking. Imagine not just not knowing where babies come from, but even the concept of a human baby.
The end of chapter 5. I've played games (like bravely default) where getting the bad ending is easy if you aren't careful. To tell you my heart sank, I mean like the Titanic. Split in half, and almost no survivors. It had been awhile since I ugly cried at a piece of media, and Chapter 5 broke me.
56:44 "Even the smallest of waves can spread throughout the whole. Phenomena change with every moment, just like a drifting wave. - Nephilim Xenosaga episode 1
Seeing the part where you talk about Triton made me wonder about the Final Cutscene. Where we see every hero reunited, but we don't see Triton. Maybe he sadly passed on along with Z and Moebius as a concept died?
That cliffhanger was CRUEL XD But I wouldn't have done it any other way :D I think this last portion of Xenoblade 3 got me sobbing harder than any other game ever has. And I sobbed a bit playing back through it in new game +, and I sobbed a bit watching this video XD Loving your channel, thank you for all the work you put into your videos! :)
I have a personal headcanon that Sena is connected to Morag and Brighid, but not the way most people think. I believe Sena may be the Blade of Fadhail, a Mor Ardain Soldier NPC who gives the Merc Mission “Longing for Morag”. Fadhail is someone who deeply admires Morag and Brighid, wanting to become a Driver to be just like them. Given Sena’s appearance and mannerisms, it’s not hard to imagine she was the result of Fadhail’s psyche interacting with the Blade System.
That Moment in Xenoblade 1. That Moment [heck Those moments!] in Xenoblade 2. don't really shine a candle from the moment you break out of Prison in this game. "Shattered Hearts" doesn't even come close to describing what i felt. when it happened. Yes. in 1, my mouth was agape and I was like "NO WAY." in 2 there were tears shed. In 3. - i honestly felt numb. I couldn't breathe. I couldn't process what i was watching, like - it was so far past tears I couldn't even EVEN. It was the first time I can ever really remember that I had to put the controller down and simply walk away. This chapter, this MOMENT i feel was the entire culmination of Xenoblades 1-3 and it was pitch. perfect. Even when i replayed it. just the dread knowing it was coming aws too much to bear. I remember the little gasp when Noah smiled and said finally you said my name. and I was like... wait what? no. that's not true, until you realize - it's true. She's NEVER said his name until that quiet moment. (and even in replaying I am like okay what does she say when she interlinks but it's very rare (for me at least) that she calls for an interlink, Noah does. it was so subtlety done - it just added another gutpunch well done my friend.
I know this video is all around the story of Xenoblade 3, but I still love how Fiona and the Signifer class are arguably the most broken class in the game. It may claim that child is a healer, but the potential to snap the game's balance over her knee feels a lot more aggressive.
With how excited you were at getting a boat, I can only imaging how thrilled you were to get a Skell in X, and doubly so when you unlocked the flight module.
@@TheHearthGuy Damn, you missed out man, great game. You can sprint as fast as a car for unlimted time, jump ten times higher than the other games, and drive/run/fly around in a mech. Great time once you get into it. Try skinning a depressed millenial in a badly fitting beanie, see if they drop a Wii U.
I forget if this is ever brought up, but do any of the npcs ever question why some people just have half of their bodies permanently on fire, covered in ice, etc?
Likely, since he was going to bring the Stone to the city for the City’s candidates, he did not have any extras on hand Also, he kiiiinda got a hole in his chest as soon as he started talking to the gang…not much time to act
Wait a minute, hiw can Eunie remember the combined form of D and J from a previous life if Joran wasn't a Moebius then? It would imply that Moebius consuls are expendable and many have died before. Their immortality is another lie
XC1: one video
XC2: Two videos
XC3: four videos
Exponential increase of Xenoblade-ness confirmed
He’s going to make eight videos on XC4 lol

That distain in your voice when you said “we’ll get to her” when referring to shania
This is Shania, common variety ratwoman.
Ah yes, the mandatory trauma chapter
Most JRPG's have them.
You're an off-seer, right? So send her off./

The game is loaded with hints and foreshadowing that only becomes clear once you know, and its so good.

One piece, Dresden files,Xenoblade 3,part of 2 brought me to tears the first time
I understand your reasoning for the cliffhanger…
BUT THAT DOESN’T MAKE IT HURT ANY LESS, YOU SON OF A-!
…Man, I need to play this game again.
Well that ending means THATS going to be in my head for a while… again… that’s an evil fate for your viewers, you’ve learned from N you madman xD
Maybe...Moebius was inside me all along.

That's what I always figured happened. With Moebius gone, he finally found his last adventure.
This is definitely what happened: although he'd be reborn in the new world eventually perhaps
He could still show up in a future game.
It depends. He clearly must have been from the city at one point. So maybe he'll be reborn like Ghondor will.

I am laughing my ass off at 2AM seeing you be apart of the scene at 24:30, the way that you add slight bits of character to these scripts is great

"There's no way I'll cry watching That Scene again."
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I never noticed that bit about the gasp scene demonstrating Sena's habit of mimicking those around her. Nice catch!
14:09 because Lanz is the MVP.
26:30 wait

Something I love about Triton, his voice actor, at least the English one, he's also the voice of Xenoblade 2's battle narrotor.
Finally going to arrive on time, I even set an alarm just so that I would get on right when it started
With how excited you were at getting a boat, I can only imaging how thrilled you were to get a Skell in X, and doubly so when you unlocked the flight module.
Maybe I would have if I ever played X. Never had a Wii U.

Chapter 5 of xenoblade chronicles 3 is a marvelous thing.
24:35 Bro think he's on the team
Sounds like Renverse got stuck in some sort of endless now
God I love Xenoblade 3.

I was no longer the same person after getting to this chapter
I honestly don’t know why these are livestreams
Gives me a chance to interact with my audience.

It would imply that Moebius consuls are expendable and many have died before. Their immortality is another lie
It wasn’t.
If you look closely in Eunie’s flashback, D is assuming his unlinked form which the vast majority of his linked form is based on.
