  • The workshop will begin with a welcome from Dr. Helen Knaggs, VP of Global R&D, before taking the viewer into our Formulation Lab. Here, one of our formulators will teach attendees how to make a tri-phasic toner and specifically how different ingredient create the unique aspects of the product. The girls will be able to make their own triphasic toner using the recipe on the handout. Then we meet Molly Nielsen, who works on communications and claims for personal care formulas, and the girls will learn how we have to think creatively about teaching product benefits, such as our award winning ageLOC LumiSpa device. Sydney Holland will then discuss how she found a career in cosmetic science and why it’s so rewarding. More information on how get involved in cosmetic science will be provided in the handout.

At my cosmetic company, a woman runs the QC lab, a woman runs the R&D Department, & I am a Sr. R&D Manager. And there are many female R&D Supervisors.

It would be great if you write down the formula in the description for followers and students. Many institues are generous to share information than some national organizations!!
