That is a good question! I love watching videos and its more like a visual relaxation for my brain watching. Helps me sleep. Doing the asmr videos myself makes my body relax. For me it releases anxiety in my body when i squeeze and it also gives me time to be creative. I love editing and filming the hole process. If that makes sense 🥰
