I love it when games do this! When they take a break from the former artstyle and gameplay and try something different. It sort of reminds me of what Inscription did with different stages in the game. Really cool, and the noir thing was well written too, which makes it even better!

It was a wild twist that this goo puzzle game would have a noir chapter, and even more surprising that the noir story was actually excellent. Did not expect that at all.

Chapter 17: Black Stain's VA and BGM were so soothing that I kept coming back to that section to listen it over and over. Moreover, the last conversation with The Curator is so interesting that I can't get enough of it!
I was kind of invested in the noir story, I wish they had at least tied up all the loose ends before doing all the meta stuff!

I would love if the gravity will be in future worlds. Because it feels like it fits the game so much and can make great puzzles unlike the story which is very funny but doesn't fit and works great as a on section joke.

When I played the game for the first time and reached the noir level, I died laughing Once I realized that it was a third of this chapter, it became less funny but simultaneously even funnier that they committed to this bit so hard

I actually skipped the second half of The Black Stain since it ground the pacing to a halt compared to the rest of the game, so I’m glad Tyler managed to get some enjoyment out of it.

if gravity is relative to florida, wouldn't europe be falling west, not east? europe is to the east of florida, so because both locations point towards the earth's core, it has to point west to match florida's down orientation. unless i misunderstood what it's trying to say.

This last world is sort of disappointing honestly. I expected something more exciting for the final world but it's just not it.
Eighteen minutes in, I think the mini-golf and gravity manipulation have interesting potential but the point-and-click wore out its welcome ten minutes ago. A dumb genre shift done ironically can still be a dumb genre shift.
