I’m going to be super corny here but I got emotional watching this ✨ I definitely felt the magic I felt watching Spy Kids for the first time as a kid.

Even tho these movies are no cinematic masterpieces, these behind the scenes videos are exactly what make Robert Rodriguez a certified LEGEND. He's been doing it since his first movie, all the way to Spy Kids. Getting to learn the mechanics of your favorite movie as a kid may be the ultimate gateway for a lot of up-and-coming filmmakers out there. And the fact that Robert takes the time to explain and genuinely has a good time with it, is even more encouraging.
I watched "We Can Be Heroes" and it was AWESOME.

Robert Rodriguez: the most eclectic filmmaker working today.
I really enjoyed this movie. At first when I saw that this was in the same universe with Shark boy and Lava Girl, it thought this was a bad movie but it turns out that this is really fun, non-cringey, cool story and powers, great kids and cast, loved it!!!

I've watched this movie a hundred times and I've never gotten bored of it
When I heard about this new movie, I wasn’t interested in watching. When I heard the original actors for lava girl and max were coming back as adults, I thought it was cool but still wasn’t interested in watching. Watching this behind the scenes convinced me to give this movie a chance because of how much work and talent was put into making it. You win Netflix, I’ll watch it.

Just finished reading Robert's Rebel Without A Crew. This guy is a legend! If you every thought about making your own movie without a huge budget or crew, the book is basically a diary of what his day-to-day process was.
Here's one quote I have bookmarked from the book that I have found useful and I think whoever interested in filmmaking will as well:
"The experience of making your own experiments (movies) your way, will give you the necessary confidence and experience before tackling your dream project" (pg. 199, ¶ 2)
I don't know if this movie is Robert's dream project but the experiences that he had gained from making his own movie certainly prepared him to eventually get to this point.

IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST FILMS
The first time I saw this on Netflix my first expression was “cringe”. Basically because I don’t really watch movies like this because my entire based description is “Little kids who are supposed to be super-heroes is the most cringe thing I’ve ever seen” ends up I was oblivious. I really liked this movie a lot! I didn’t expect the twists and the teamwork, and how they based it of people who don’t come from special powers can be leaders to and so much more! I hope I a second movie of this, and it’s one of my favorites you did really good with this movie! Maybe perhaps a series of this project.
It has the same good, positive “cringe” as Sharkboy and Lavagirl. The visuals are terrible but it’s brings me back to that movie.
Now imagine Max son as the main character of this movie-
Well in the movie there is already a leader and super heroes so no one can't imagine max kid
