Just got my Nanrobot D4 3.0 yesterday and wow this thing has some kick... It will take some time to get use to.. Its so high off the ground... Cant wait to open it up full throttle 😳😳😳 right now im scared to death of Turbo.. Trust me its no joke😁
Amazing ride, which camera did you use on this video? I just placed my order few hours ago, how long it took for delivery? I live in MD and they did not provide an estimate on the delivery when I placed the order. Do you think security will allow me get inside of a museum with this scooter ? What’s the fastest speed you have been on this ? Which speed did you use in the video?
Hey, I use a gopro hero 8 at 1440p 60fps. I haven't tried to leave the scooter in any museums yet, I'm not sure if they would let you bring it inside. I also haven't found a way to lock it up that I would feel safe with. If you fully fold it and bring it inside they might have a place to let you leave it. We usually ride these in the highest mode dual motor, and use your throttle to adjust the speed, you want to be able to pass cars without pushing a bunch of buttons in my opinion. I've gotten it up to 40mph, it does get a little scary up at those speeds though. I am looking into getting a steering damper, which I think will add a lot of high speed stability to the scooter. I would say that it feels most comfortable at 25-30mph.
I feel pretty cramped riding this thing, its fast and smooth. But I actually didn't expect it to be kind of small compared of my nanrobot D6+ lol. Don't get me wrong I still love this scooter, it's very convenient to make it compact and to store it just about anywhere space wise.
I'm currently debating which to get. Whats your opinion? Which do you prefer. I definitely prefer the sporty look of the D4+ 3.0, and the performance of the D6+ appears to be superior.
@@aquious953 I went with d4+ 3.0 the loook is insane with the blue I moded it and now it’s my show off I love it so much. The d6+ is nice in some areas as it is the “higher end model” but the already beefy springs and paying 400 more for hydrologic brakes just doesn’t seem right but trust me you’ll have fun with either at this point it’s saving money for looks :)
Where you get yours? I've been looking for a blue one but I can't find one. 😫 what did you pay? I really like the performance of the D6+, but I don't like the colours, and its huge.
Roadrunner Scooters is the USA distributor. I think we paid $1490 on sale. These have the same motors and controllers as the D6, with a slightly smaller battery. It is a lot smaller than the D6, I have a buddy that bought one. And yeah I think Roadrunner is out of the blue ones, maybe shoot them an email to see when they'll get them back
Great ride, very nice! How do you guys like the D4+ 3.0's? I've been eyeing this one as well as the Varla Eagle One. This one seems like it has an edge in a couple of areas at the same price point.
My buddy and I got them at the same time, we've put 200 miles on each so far they're great. They seem expensive but you're getting so much scooter for the money. The suspension is great and they haul ass, it's like hills don't even exist. Can't believe it actually gets up to 40. Going full throttle I'll get about 20-25 miles. I believe the max range of 40 miles of you don't ride so aggressive.
Great looking ride man, not gonna lie, most times these long ride videos bore me to death but this one had a bit of fun to it wich was great! How are you guys still liking the D4 3.0? I placed my order from roadrunner scooters last Tuesday I believe and super excited! I absolutely love the blue, normally I don't care for blue but somthing about the blue they use on these things is unreal,beautiful....
I also got blue it’s so cool let me know how it went my headlight came damaged but they gave a simply free replacement. Great customer service as I also missing a screw and they just gave the the whole volt reader lol! Love it it’s fast fun and can’t go wrong with the looks I modded mine and it’s my show off toy on the streets!
@@landonaikin8214 ya iv had mine 3 days now,had a Lil problem with the brake sensor not reading and causing an error nut they responded in 10 mins and had me up and running in less the a minute! Superb customer service! Absolutely love mine, scary fast! First gear is so long and pulls so hard to 24mph that I don't even need the other gears as much, 2nd gear got me 33mph and 3rd is scary... First time was 42mph but speed wobbles were bad,so I decided to take it easy and get use to it. Love the battery, last forever compared to my last scooter, over all its so good...easily one of the best under 2,000
@@psychotic-artsstudio2729 I've got 750 miles on mine now, my buddy and I still both love it. We both had flats on our rear tires because part of the tire started rubbing the inner tube. We both replaced just our rear tires with solid 10 inch replacements from amazon. They were kind of a pain to install but I don't have to worry about flats any more. Although I think I did take a few mile range hit because there's more friction than with a air filled tire. My headlight came broken too, and my brake cable was pinched so the rear didn't work. But once all these issues were sorted this thing is still a beast for the price. I got to ride my buddy's Kaabo Wolf King Pro GT this weekend and it makes me want to upgrade (It is insane)... but it is 3X the price of this thing. Great fun this scoot.
VERY NICE VIDEO ;) ! Can I use excerpts from the video (without sound) to illustrate what I'm saying in my video? This is for a french presentation video. Thank you for your reply. Yours sincerely 😉
Hey bro! Quick question: Can a person install aftermarket handlebars on these scoots? If so, what all parts are required? I guess my main concern is whether or not a person can get their hands on a stem that would fit and interchange with the setup the scoot comes with. My D4 should be here on Friday and if the handlebars can be swapped out, its the first thing I'd do. They look so compact to me. Anywayz, any advice anyone can share would be greatly appreciated. Enjoyed the vid!
It kinda sucks but it you loosen the screw in the folding part of the Handel bar when they come down the screw inside you loosen then you push it back up and tighten the screws on the bar (the four screws) and it makes it tight af
Bought mine in the red about a month ago. It friggin’ rocks! Nothing seems to phase it so far. My only thought is you should be wearing far more safety gear, knee pads, elbow pads etc.
Yeah, it does have slop in the handlebar folding mechanism, I'm not sure if it's just how I ride, but I don't notice it at all. You shouldn't be pulling the bars too hard anyway. My buddy recently picked up a nanrobot D6+. It has solid handlebars like a mountain bike, feels way more solid than the D4.
Скутеры ,скутеры ,а нормальных батарей и запчастей не достать ,а если даже достанешь по цене автомобильных .Смысл содержать такой транспорт ? Одна головная боль
Nice trails well
This footage is epic. 😀 this is helping me decide between the D4 3.0 and the D6+ THANKS!

Get nanrobot varla eagle one is good but doesn’t compare to the suspension of nanrobot

Is there any play in the stem mechanism? It reminds of the foldable Razor Scooter mechanism and wonder if it will get sloppy over time?
