what about if you have 2 armor pieces with the same name? one for block one for MB. It will not sawp if they have same name on armor

but what about accessories, how to make it wear 2 earrings one in right and one in left and the rings too??? that's what i need and i can't do it

I don’t think that is possible, you have to unequip both accessories. Don’t know if there is any macro for that.

I remember I just added "left" and "right" for each earring, but I am not sure if this work for the aion you play since I used that macro on the retail version of aion and not sure on what patch.
