Tbh, what makes Zhask balanced is that his spawn has an attack delay before this adjustment that gives his enemy time to escape meanwhile this adjustment just makes him very OP but imo, he's still balanced since he lacks mobility making him a food for assassins and his spawn is also killable with just a retribution
what u mean OP , hes a mage that lacks Aoe damage that all mages supposed to have , and if you assume its op give him time for how many years he didn't recieved recognition

You're forgetting that zhask's ult is basically a second life for him unlike other mages
And of course his ultimate can instant kills to any squishy hero. Even tank are not safe with his ult😅
He is balanced, people don't really realize that his first skill spawn are very easy to kill and you give the enemy free 20 gold each time spawn killed. So most people who are using Zhask will find it hard to prevent Zhask spawn to die. Me as a main Zhask, in early and mid game, you really need to think twice before placing your spawn, otherwise the enemy becoming fat in short amount of time.
I prefer Glowing wand instead of Feather of Heaven
A substitute if enemy has good regen/lifesteal
Remember it will be fused with necklace of durance, although I think the fire effect doesn’t stacks as before.

@@idolesonnotyou1877very true having the glowing wand combined with the neck of durance is a big deal that other players overlook especially to Aoe mages imagine its early in the game and you buy glowing wand the enemies with high regen/lifesteal will be having a hard time clashing
i suggest wishing lantern to be remove , not feather

His skills should do more dmg to stand as his burst option, he needs burst to be more versatile and i think that could be on his mind eater, hive clones, and spawn's response attack to mind eater.

For me I go for the CDR build..
Enchanted Talisman, CD Boots, WishingLantern, Glowing Wand, Divine Glaive and Holy Crystal
and I go for Mage Emblem...
with this build I don't need to worry about mana and also my spawn is always ready even before the enemy have a chance to kill the current one and lastly you can relocate TWO times during ultimate..
i personally don't like books, because his mana problem is solved and wasting a slot for a mere 20% cdr isn't worth it imo

Not sure if losing both starlium scythe and lightning truncheons cd and double passive trigger is worth it. Late game the spawn just instantly dies, losing the burst potential for questionable sustain damage doesn’t sit right with me. They need to either increase the hp pool or adjust its skills further.

Honor of king is coming though. It's gonna release on June 20th and pre registration is available on playstore. It may make mlbb less players or worst totally abandoned. I hope they realized they're mistake and work hard for the game. Many people quit because it rarely update patch notes there should be patch notes every 2 weeks to fixed Meta heroes and make the game entertaining

Zhaske is basically a better Kimmy. Going with feathers of heaven is a very not smart choice cause he won't get any benefits from half of the item passive. How's about testing more magic items like wands combo or concentrate energy
No.. I don't think so because the zhask's skill 1 still got the basic attck efect. On the late game, u can easily melted a tank with DHS + FoH

Zhask spawn only benefits from 20% of atk effects
20% of foh damage is 10+6% magic power 😂, ult form it's better tho, 40%of atk effects, 20+12% magic power, but still low, better buy fleeting time and enhanted talisman for insane cd reduction.
I did think zhask first skill need some penalty if the spawn die like hanzo got stun if his shadow die... While zhask him self not gonna died or share hp or guiding turret and enemy attack like hanzo i did say his cd to use first skill need some + like 5 second plus if the spawn die or something maybe 3 second and it can't get reduce just the base that can reduce it give enemy some space to fight back zhask or just run ... I think zhask is abit to similar in annoying ness with hanzo that this is kinda justified....

Do you think zhask is strong? No, you should use zhask on high rank to determine whether he is strong or not. The enemy does not stand still for spawn to attack, moreover, with a very small amount of damage, how can the enemy be defeated? What makes mages strong is their high damage from the beginning of the game, the ability to damage multiple targets, short skill cooldowns, and mobility. Zhask only has a bit of mobility from ulti and... it's over. Moonton did pay attention to Zhask but not much.
I still use calamity reaper because its easy to kill heroes in ult form especially when I'm tower diving, and I already removed feather of heaven in my build.
If like this, do demon hunter sword and golden staff still work for him? If still work, it will be crazy with both passive, even its a psycal damage...

Honestly atk items and skill base magic items can still work on new zhask. If your willing to fight with Zhask himself instead of relaying on the spawn. Obviously this a very risky strat even with inspire or vengeance. Still feels like a removal of build variety rather than a addition though. Hopefully more testing and adjustments can improve itemization of Zhask overall.
Honestly zhask needing *some* little bit of time to kill an enemy is quite fine since he's supposed to be a dps mage, when he uses ult then that's when his burst capability comes forth
Or just use the glowing wand, paired with the lantern it will melt any tank plus burn poke and antiheal makes it harder for enemies to get closer I already tested, for me it works wonders tbh
Concentred Energy works on Zhask spawn? (The 12% extra magice damage)
My gripe with the new S2 in base zhask form is that the spawn beams the stun one by one. If you hit like, 5 enemies, the spawn's dps gets interrupted by up 5s or so.
Overall, I think Zhask needs better changes but I guess the shitty devs try.
The aoe of it is so small, it's unlikely that you can hit 3 or more enemies with it, unless they are grouped up by a setter tank

I would still choose blood wings over feathers of heaven for that extra movement speed and shield
It feels a little awkward when the spa2n stuns enemies 1 by 1, especially if skill2 hits a tank AFTER your main target, would it be too much if it could stun them all at once (also take into account that they did nothing to improve how squishy the ult is or how slow it casts and teleports)
bruh if ur building FoH just for the extra magic damage per tick it gives and not for the atk spd, DHS is a better option at that point
The best build would be mine which is first item elegent gem for sustain in early then arcane boots,feather of heaven, bloodwings (movement,sustain and survival when fleeing in enemy) then genius wand, (glowing wand or divine glave) last is holy crystal. Sharing is caring :)))

If you mean magic basic attack, it worked because previous adjustment made both normal and death ray attack given basic attack effects
Not really sure for ice queen but slow effect items are uneeded since the spawn normal attacks are now just death ray, already has slow effect on its own
It's that attack speed doesn't work with the spawn, but feather of heaven still works for the added damage
For ice queen wand, it only work when dealing skill damage, spawn deals basic attack damage so it won't work. If you want it to slow you could use corrosion scythe but I won't recommended it.
What if you mix DHS in.

They need to do something about his spawn's "continuous damage" noise. It's annoying.
Genius is supposed to swapped with glowing wand in late game. The fix pen on genius will conflict with the percentage pen from divine, decreasing the overall damage if enemy has high magic defense
or you can think of it this way genius for early and squishies while glaive is for mid-late and enemies with high defense
i wouldn't reply if it was the def reduction passive you were talking about...(even then the damage never gets "lower"😑)

Yes sir % pen only conflicts with debuff like saber and dyrroth passive and skill. Also the new nana molina will conflict with glaive.
I always use sky piercer as my second item and boy I always steal kills as the enemy underestimates my spawns

Theres an issue with that, the spawn's attack is considered as a basic atk. Ice Queen Wand's passive only applies if the user inflicts damage from a skill

They just turned him into shit! Mages main role is to burst down enemy not doing dps, if you are looking for dps go for marksman instead! In high rank people won't stay still for more then 2sec so I can see most of the time people getting away with very tiny amound of hp with this new rework.

I don't like this change. More people are gonna use/ban Zhask after the change and I won't be able to use him because of the increasing pick/ban frequency. Another side note, I think the change is unnecessary. Zhask is pretty balanced now.
Tell me what you see in this update? They made him weaker, his damage in mid-late game will be twice as low than at of. server. His Ult at late game can instakill squishy heroes, and now this shitty laser can't kill instant. Just bullshit nerf, i don't know why nobody see this.
@@JackinJetpack I also see that, but Zhask will be easier to use. His skill casts are also faster after rework. So despite this actually nerfing Zhask, we will still see many people overestimating reworked Zhask's power. Until that time pass, Zhask will be harder to pick during pick-ban system.

Pen boots, FoH, Genius w, glowing w, divine, winter with assasin emblem running aspd, mystery shop, impure rage. for spell i take aegis to avoid getting bursted.
one thing i like to do is play around my spawn when i dont have ult as most people dont target it. I run around its area if someone is targeting me and use aegis and winter to sustain dmg

good bye zhask, i like the old zhask because of basic attack i can use calamity reaper + thunder belt as my item wihout decrease my damage. now damage from ray not that high, more damage on his skill. i don't like this type of zhaks so weak and not have damage. delay on zhask it just matter of your macro play
