Yuzu Garden I Finesse

The place we are sitting on is Yuzu Garden, there is nothing here, empty, but after some time this place will turn into an amazing garden. Dear Ece Tonbul stated that she wanted to make a garden in Finesse. But she did not have anything in mind about the questions “how” and “where”. I came here first, I tried to figure out the place and at that moment I said “the most beautiful place for people to meet and pass through: front side of Med Kitchen.” I said “the grass is wonderful but we can make it in here. This place can turn into a magnificent Yuzu Garden, adorned with magnificent tropical plants.” We are going to finish it and you will not believe the thing coming into view.
When you enter the Yuzu Garden, this will be all you feel: There will be a brilliant tree of life in the middle, tropical plants reaching out everywhere with their roots and such around it. A fantastic flora adorned with pebbles will greet you, and of course, there will be places to sit in it. By the way, I want to express my gratitude, we are doing this work with an amazing landscape architect: Dear Tülay Tosun. And of course, the sweetest part of the Yuzu Garden we are making is that there will be a cocktail menu of its own. In the garden, our service staff will be able to find any kind of aromatic plant such as rosemary, lavender, thyme, kumquat. We are going to plant them in flowerpots. While the cocktails are being served, some thyme, or lavender maybe, will be collected and added to the cocktail. It has its perks. As a cocktail-lover, this is what I like. Drinking a beautiful cocktail in a beautiful garden… I think, drinking in that garden would be an amazing feeling.
