    Maybe look into inositol/Ovasitol for the acne. I’ve had some good luck with it recently after dealing with hormonal acne for decades. There’s a lot online about it. It’s something our bodies also naturally produce, and it’s found in some foods. Just thought I’d share; don’t mean to sound like spam :) I just know how frustrating the hormonal acne battles can be!     Take care of yourself to not burn out. Having just done a 52 hour week I could feel the drain on me the following week and I work from home.

    This vlog is from a while ago so maybe you already found something to help with acne... Spironolactone works really well. You are beautiful regardless but I know what it's like to feel frustrated and self conscious because of acne.
