I am commenting before watching because I have spent much of my life in Boulder. You are fit. For your own enjoyment, if you have time, please take the Bear Mountain hike. It is difficult, but not for someone with your fitness. Please enjoy the mountains! Love your videos.

Action kid. I’m a local Boulderite. Here is my list of things to see in/near Boulder: Eldorado State Park (8 miles south of downtown), Flagstaff Mountain Lookout (About 6 miles), chautauqua park (3 miles), Boulder History Museum(2 blocks from downtown), Boulder Creek Path (3 blocks south). Wednesday 4 -8pm is a farmers market on 13th and Canyon. I’d be happy to give you a tour!

Oh wow - here you are in my old home town. So fun to see it and how pretty everything looks so green and pretty after all the rain they had. One thing to know... Pearl Street Mall was the very first of the outsoor malls. Mork and Mindy was filmed there. Also... Boulder was famous in the late 60's and early 70's for all the massive amounts of hippies there - even had hippie riots downtown there before the mall. There were communes all over the foothills there. Looking forward to the rest of your colorado time. Any chance you are going to go to Phoenix

Did not catch this live but washing it right this second Surprised us again AK. A couple of months ago Denver was a place I recommended Glad you're out there really looks nice. A little over a month ago I was watching someone come back from LA to Chicago on Amtrak went through Denver on the way there in Colorado I forgot the name of it there's a amusement park on top of a mountain with a ski lift and on top has a roller coaster it's like Southwest of Boulder I can't remember what it was

I've also been here to Boulder of Colorado. It's where my cousin lives who took us to Denver and here in Boulder. It wasn't as hot then than this time of season, because it rainy back then and moreover (well ok - warm enough).

Fort Collins is also a great city with a walkable main street. Its main street was the inspiration for Walt Disney's main street in Disneyland. He even copied the city hall, bank and some other buildings.
Thanks for showing us Boulder. I hope you visit some towns in Utah as well. Of course the national parks in Utah are something you shouldn't miss but I'm sure you have a schedule in mind.
What time of day is this? Must be early. Ive lived here in Boulder 32 years and never seen the mall so quiet. Also, pikes peak is not in Rocky Mountain National Park. It's in Colorado Springs!

I don't think you can videotape in National Parks w/o a permit or a pass you have to pay for. And especially to show on your UA-cam channel. A UA-cam couple Kara & Nate talked about it on their channel a couple of years ago.
That's not true. I'm a professional photographer for 25 years and I've lived in Boulder for 32 years and I shoot all kinds of stuff in national Parks!
@DD-hu3rf But were you putting your pictures in a magazine for profit? When Kara & Nate talked about this it was because they were going to shoot the videos for their UA-cam channel for profit. I mean, an everyday person can photograph & video for home use, but I think if it's "for profit" they have to get some kind of paid permit. Again, I could be wrong, but I remember Nate was talking about it extensively b/c thats how they make their money like Actionkid.

AK, I can't believe it you went to my Secodary Hometown of Boulder. I used to visit my Friend Richie Furay around 1137 Pearl Street. He was with the Band Poco. I also won a Rockies Jacket from the Boulder Book shop. My friend Mr. Stone owned Por La France on Pearl Street. He was from New York.😊
Yeah not Rocky Mountain oysters. That’s umm bull’s nether regions. It’s a big Colorado joke to get tourists to try it then tell them what it is in the middle of actually eating it. I wouldn’t even try to even find a restaurant that would do it. Simply refusing it will suffice. Trust me it’s not worth the embarrassment.

Colorado is becoming much more like California in the way people are moving out there. Honestly prices rose so much in the last year or so. Besides mostly rich Californians move out anyway. New Yorker and northerners love Florida hence why it’s growing so much. Seattle is pretty consistent in population so it doesn’t really change that much although it’s becoming a very Asian haven. Texas is also a big landing spot for everyone especially around Houston and Dallas. Florida it’s Orlando and Miami that’s growing like crazy. California has actually been losing people population wise.
Your going to hit the empty part of the US soon it’s right along the continental divide. This is the part where weather and geography have made civilization harder and you’re going to see less towns and cities and more open land with maybe a gas station and that’s it. Until you hit Las Vegas after that the Mojave Desert and LA. I would not do Route 66 unless you were in Chicago. The scenery is spectacular but it’s just empty.

Have you ever thought about wearing a shirt that has the UA-cam logo and your ActionKid channel name on the front and/or back? You walk by so many different people you would be like a walking billboard. You would probably get more subscribers and views.
I live in Golden just south of here. We call it The Peoples Republic of Boulder. Where you don't see an American flag but non-stop pride flags. Another native being pushed out of his home.
