    Thank you for your videos. I've been thinking of what 4x4 to buy next and your videos have helped. I'm thinking of the Subaru Outback, Suzuki Jimny or the Ssangyong Musso. Your Jimny setup makes me think the Jimny will more than meet my requirements. Then I just have to get a similar setup to yours 🙂👍

      Yeah I did think about that. There’s a way to combine the two but the bit that puts me off is the weird angle on the door. The table would need to be on a slant to rest flat.

    recovery gear ? airpump ? tools ? where do you sleep ? where is the dc-dc system ? Nice car by the way. Is the water and extra fuel on the roof ?

      Hi this build is quite old now. Don’t need Recovery gear or ever need to air down. It’s just a camper in the uk you don’t ‘really’ need that kind of gear. No extra fuel needed and water is stored on the rear now.

    love your videos, I did almost the same work in the rear door but I installed a foldable table + a molle panel, thanks a lot!! just a question, noticed you're using wheel locks, could you please adivice on the size of the locks? are they M12 x 1.25 cone seat? thanks again buddy

      Hey mate, what bit do you mean by wheel locks? If it’s the bolts to attach the panels they’re M6 x 40mm 👍

      @@GeordieJimny I'm sorry, I was mentioning the rear door, and then I asked a question for a total different thing, I ment in your wheels I noticed that you have some sort of security, one of the nuts that keeps the wheel attached to your car is different from the other nuts, I think it is a wheel lock like this one www.amazon.com/dp/B000COMX40/?coliid=I371P8S4VB7NNE&colid=2IA22WZIASJQR&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

      The utensils were just from a local supermarket I think. The molle pouch was given to me. It’s original purpose was probably related to hunting use or something like that. I just noticed the utensils slotted in nice 👍
      I had to modify the mounting straps on it, sewing on new ones.

    Hi, thank to you I mounted the rear window molle panel. I saw that you also mounted the roof storage net, and I wrote to Jimny Style to ask if is it possible to mount both accessories and they said that is not. Any suggestion to make it possible using the bars and the net from Jimny Style ? thank you so much..

      Hi Fed. I made the net at home and wrote a blog on how to do it. It sits on top of my window molle. The net that JimnyStyle sell is a properly made product mine is just DIY. Easy though and works well. geordiejimny.com/diy-roof-cargo-net-storage

    Hello Geordie I love your Jimny and after watch your videos I want to buy a Jimny. But 4th gen is so expensive so maybe I can buy 3rd gen. But I couldn't find any video as you upgrade inside Jimmy 3rd gen for sample. Can you prefer a channel or site for me?

      Hi, I haven’t seen a gen 3 jimny with the interior molle panels unfortunately. Seen a few with a roof tent on though. Mainly on instagram posts. Try www.bigjimny.com lots of great info on there.

      Hey man, There’s 5 plastic caps running along each side of the car under the rear windows. Unscrew those and insert M6 sized tie down hooks.

      @@GeordieJimny Window mount. I am currently using a soft molle mount for the rear door. Your window design looks like the perfect set up.

      Another question: in reference to you roof cargo net "Remove the retaining clips from the roof and attach the tarpaulin round plastic hooks using M6 bolts." Are the hole for the headliner retaining clips threaded to accept M6 bolts or did you have to modify them?

      @@GeordieJimny Rear window molle plate, also you can quote the rear door too, I was looking at it and it might be a good upgrade from soft molle.

      Hi if you mean can the tent fold out over the bonnet with the ladder at the front bumper, than yeah some people do. However, you will need to flip the tent over from the sides as there’s no leverage to open it how it’s meant to be done.

      Front one is a recovery point into the chassis. Rear is just for show, bolted to the transport tie down hook, can’t recover from that one.
