I am a DeMolay from brazil, thats very cool to see such items, It is interesting to see that the gentleman who had this collection has a DeMolay certificate from 1922, which indicates that he was one of the first DeMolays to ever existed Since the order of DeMolay was only founded in 1919

You should contact the antique roadshow about the whole collection, might be worth more at auction, worth the wait

Keep an eye out for a copy of three world wars by Albert Pike, its aasonic book that only 33rd degree Scottish rite freemasons are allowed to have, there are abridged versions that lower order masons can have but this book is a script for the last two centuries and makes for disturbing reading.

Gloves, gloves, GLOVESSSS! The unit is lucrative...but NASTY! From what was found in the unit...He was a very warped, depraved and craven man!
Please get a "cleansing" of any demonic spirits, from handling his property..😱
Also a lot of masonic regalia is base metal, plated or alloys of gold such as pinchbeck, it's about equality of man despite how rich you are, a bit like school uniform.
Those video games were outrageous. Given the age of so many other items can't believe he had them. Nice unit though. Can't wait for second installment.

Thanks for watching! Oh no, we will most definitely not scrap these pieces! We just used that value as a baseline price, but the value of the actual pieces themselves is about 2.5 times the "scrap" or "melt" value.

Hey MadDog!! Actually, we did find a few of them! I think we got that part on video too, it'll be in this upcoming Friday's video.
There are specialist cleaners for antique textiles, it's quite costly but they will quote you a price and you can decide from there. My friend restores and maintains stuff at the Victoria and Albert museum, she said all of the case you opened could be restored to some degree.

@@JnJFamilyFinds you're more than welcome, the guy was quite high ranking maybe even 33rd degree, masonic books fetch a ton of money, if you put them on ebay the order will pay a premium to keep it out of the hands of every day folk. I used to do social services house clearances, the kind where there's no family whatsoever and have found a few sets of regalia of different levels, I used to call a Mason friend and he'd basically give me a blank cheque( within reason) Thanks for reading, keep turning out great content, God bless you.

I’m a DeMolay from Brazil and we know the owner of all this itens. He was a very important gentleman on DeMolay, especially for our organization in Brazil, and unfortunately he passed away in the last year.
He wrote several ceremonies that were performed for the Order of Knighthood, a DeMolay affiliate organization.
He came to Brazil quite often to participate in our national events
and he was the cornerstone of the degree system that we have today in Knighthood for Brazil.
I really hope that whoever bougth his masonic/DeMolay collection, may be very careful to all this material. That’s really important for us.

Any gold masonic items should be sold for what they are....scrap.
Please don't take items to Goodwill....use your local churches, women shelters, recover centers...the TRUE charities. Goodwill pays their executives outrageous salaries and make profits.
