Nagsampa na ng kaso ang National Bureau of Investigation laban kay dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo at sa abogadong si Atty. Elmer Galicia dahil sa umano’y pekeng counter-affidavit ng dating alkalde.
