Not even that, they had this sweat shirt with a unknown persons dna and totally dismissed it!!! I bet you that day they made up their minds (the cops) that he did it. Unfortunately nobody is innocent until proven guilty because the POS DAs out there can say and make up anything they please. It’s wrong and the entire “justice” system from police to judge needs a makeover. Imagine how many innocent people are in prison or have been put to death.

@@Sharkfighter13 it's a fucked up world out there and if I would guess the percentage of people innocent of crimes that were just at the wrong place at the wrong time is about 70% of their convictions because I myself have almost gone down for something serious not murder but child abuse something I never did. My girlfriends kid who at the time was sleeping on the floor of the room we rented from one of her friends at the time had gotten what looked like a lighter burn under his chin and I can say it did look like a lighter burn to me an everyone that looked at it. Well once it was discovered I thought one of her friends that we were living with must have done it because i know i didnt and he slept on the floor next to one of those huge cast iron old school heaters i thought maybe he put his chin on it because it got really really hot but the mark was v shaped kinda like a bic lighter. But while I was at work the next day the cops show up because my old ladys mom said her kid said I took a lighter to him so the cops came to my work while I was working mind you and asked for a statement I told them all I knew and what I thought could have caused it they wrote it down and told me to find another place to stay untill the case is resolved so I got kicked out of my place and we had just had twins born at the time also so it was tough. Well my girl takes the kid to the doctor and they end up finding out it was impetigo on his chin a fungus from not washing him correctly not a burn so the doctor writes a letter confirming I didn't do anything. Well she takes said letter to the police and they dont wanna hear it lol they said I did it and they know I did it because I was acting nervous and sweating while they questioned me in the middle of fucking work lol. Well the first court date ends up coming and i have to appear even thou it's kinda been resolved so i show up and the judge asks me why I dont have a lawyer and dont want one and I said because I know the truth and I know I didn't do It. You know what the fucking judge said to me lol "in this courtroom the truth doesn't always set you free". I'll never forget it but the docs letter finally got to them and they dropped it lol so this is one story that will tell you the justice system in this country is fucked lol. I'm also a white male was around 22 23 at the time and the state was Vermont one of the whitest states you can live in. It's not a race issue in my opinion it's a to much power going to someone's head issue with no accountability. But it's scary that If she never went to the doctors i could just be getting out of jail right now lol. Crazy world we live in huh?

Josh Rayborn omg I’m so sorry that happened to you. Someone very close to me went through something very similar. His ex wanted full custody of the kid so she made the kid lie about being sexually abused. He was charged with a $100,000 bond! We got him out. And we fought like hell to save him! After 7 DAs, yes 7 ( because they all knew it was a bullshit case and a lie so they didn’t want to lose) all the charges were finally dropped! After everything it was almost $150,000! Fortunately he had family and his own money to fight! But what about all these men charged with the same shit but don’t have the $!? Our justice system is flawed and bogus! I feel for anyone charged with anything because the cops, DA, and judge can do and say whatever the please.

That's the saddest most accurate statement. All the court appointed lawyers I've seen are a joke. The one lawyer i ever needed and actually paid was an idiot too. You have to find good lawyers who aren't friends with everyone at court trying to find a happy medium to make everyone happy.. the facts of the case should always trump eyewitnesses. Jurys need to understand what without a reasonable doubt actually means....

When the dispatcher said "everything will be all right", the hurt, fear and sense of betrayal in his instant reply was as genuine as anything that's ever been uttered. Let's not even mention that there is no evidence that he and the real killer had ever met. They even interviewed the men he played ball with and none of them had ever met Boney either. Instead of looking for actual evidence they are only looking for things that will convict him regardless if he did it or not. There is no excuse in the world as to why they didn't find Charles DNA on the victims, the vehicle, the victims clothing, and his own shirt during the initial investigation... Then lying and saying they tested the shirt and stated it came back with no match is absolutely corruption! They have worked so hard since the Obama administration and b4 to divide us along. Every line they can. Especially race. And what people dont get in today s environment it's not whites versus blacks 2 Republican vs Democrat it's literally become US versus them. The haves first to Have Nots. The people versus the elite. Knowing our country has realized this yet but they will soon see who the true enemy really is that has nothing to do with the white man it has everything to do with top 1% that have the politicians is there pocket because they've been bought and paid for. They are there to do their bidding and that is it. Prosecutors often forget that it isn't prosecution VERSUS defense. The prosecution is part of a team of people working to PUT CRIMINALS AWAY APPROPRIATELY. They are there to ensure the law is upheld, as a cog in the judicial system. They aren't there to keep people in prison if they aren't criminals. They are there to decide what a fair punishment is for criminals. They don't "win" when a person is found guilty. They don't "lose" when someone doesn't. It isn't personal. If they find out someone may not be guilty, they should ensure that is fully explored. That is just as important.

This is actually my husband's cousin.......I guess that kinda makes him my cousin too by marriage. The uncle that used to be a cop that David Camm refers to in the video is my father in law. The road (Lockhart) that most of that side of the family reside on is owned by the whole family and so every holiday/celebration I always wonder to myself how hard it must be for him to have to go back there. Because that's where all the families are still living. If anyone had this happen to them they can just move away and rebuild their life and never go back. But he still has to if he wants to be with them. This was very, very hard on the whole family of course and even though it was one fight after another and then finally over after 13 years it really felt more like 20 or more. He never even had a chance to grieve for his family. I think everyone would agree with me that this would be their worst nightmare too if it were to happen to them. This is just one of the reasons why the majority of witnesses never come forward by calling/reporting it to the police, for fear they'll be accused. At least that's what I think anyways. ESPECIALLY if it's in a small town because the police do not know what they're doing since they've never even had such a high profile case before so they botch everything up, but instead of admitting they screwed up they just continue on like they do know what they're doing even though it's SO blatantly obvious they do not. It was 13yrs out of his life he lost and now he just wants to live his life and make up for all that lost time......and of course to also REALLY, TRULY and FINALLY grieve the devastating loss of his entire family that he still loves so dearly. 💗 Thank you Mike for telling this one so accurately and with compassion!!💗

What brings him to tears is trying to talk about the betrayal of his former friends and colleagues. He just can't believe they did that to him. So sad on so many levels. They need to stop fighting it and pay that mf. They were so wrong on so many levels. Even if you can weasel out of it on some technicality, why would you want to. Well congratulations, on top of losing his family, you cost him everything he had in addition to 13 years of his life, and his reputation, as some people will always insist he killed his family. And now you can make sure he's destitute for the rest of his life- maybe you can knock it out the park and get him to just end it all. I couldn't do it. Enough is enough. They need to just pay that man, and let him go start a new life somewhere. If they succeed in not being ordered to pay him, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he goes up in one of those precincts and just starts shooting. His story changed so many times yet David's stayed relatively the same. That dude Charles targeted his family because he played ball and knew David would be out the night he murder them. ( also notice theres no mention of Charles being there all night ) I'm curious to know tho when the abuse happened to his daughter who was dead when David got there also why couldnt they find a trace of evidence in both the mom and daughter as to who molested or raped them. Seems odd to me. But if the prosecution was dead set on David I could see how that evidence went missing. Or was withheld.

I studied the case thoroughly as it unfolded and was disgusted that someone could be convicted of murder based on a suggestion that he might have been molesting his own daughter. The criminal justice system is a joke. The statistics are so rare the real cases get world wide media coverage when it happens. @@Christine-xt8fr I mean that when you have cases where a father commits incest and especially when it involves murder it gets worldwide media coverage such as the Fritzl case. That's how rare it is. Probably the same for mothers too. Parental incest isn't very common.
There was actually a famous trial against a queen of England involving incest in which the charges were dismissed on her simply stating the same thing. Is there a mother among you that does not (forgot the wording) vomit at the thought of committing such an act.
Does it happen? Absolutely. But it's so rare I want evidence of it not simply character assassination by suggesting it might have taken place. In this case it never took place and there was no evidence and no prior evidence or even a whiff that it was suspected.

If police will do this to their own just to get a conviction, then what do you think they’ll do to the average citizen? Best thing to do is to be quiet and tell them you’re not making any statements until you speak with your attorney.
