Hari babu get off the high horse , In India we neither have the facilities not the time or the staff to do all the counselling in 2D and 3D , you should volunteer to all that if you want it, till then do not speak much.
Its well shown only for the video but they people have lack of staff. Poor services each and every time you have to stand on thier heads for very small things The bell on the patient's Bed is useless. 1 out 10
