- Druzy agate is a very popular stone in jewelry these days, being a hot trend in fashion. But what actually is a druzy (drusy) and how are they made? May Turner of PhoenixFire Designs goes over some information about this pretty crystal stone.

If you could post a video explaining how they craft like druzy towers, hearts,palms, whatever of whichever crystal I’m just interested in the process because I’ve bought some druzy pieces and am always questioning the authenticity of the druzy pockets and coloring and whatnot lol sorry for the textbook!!
I bought a necklace with earrings because the druzies (spelling) are so pretty. But then the metal findings and chain got all junky. Your wire wrapping idea is so brilliant. Now I just have to disassemble them. Thanks!

I think this is what I have. Found in river bed in CA. The druzy is in vugs sporadically around the agate/rock. It is heavy and I could not break it with a hammer and nail. I wish I could put a picture here to verify. It is large fist size .

Cool video, I'm waiting for Wednesday. I cheated myself and Ordered instead of finding which I like to do. I found Druzys in my driveway no lie! Very nice pieces. Anyways I'm waiting for the mail, a Druzy Agate Geode. Currently I have a Angel Aura Quartz Geode bonded with Titanium and let me tell ya. Beautiful ❤️👑🌎🛐✝️

Can Druzy agates be molded into shapes for pendants? I have a druzy agate in the shape of a crescent for a necklace but I’m not sure if it’s real because I’ve heard real crystals can’t be molded into certain shapes
