    This conversation is so important to continue to keep having! Our standard is ensure customer satisfaction but in the instance that isn't possible HOW we choose to handle the situation is equally important. When guests tantrum and bring a negative element using social media it shifts the dynamic and minimizes compassion for those "repeat offenders". The truth is we don't have a magic wand, we are working professionals and deserve to be treated respectfully just as we treat our clients.

    I'm kinda wondering about this too. I'm also wondering why I have to pay to subscribe. To free salon education. I understand if you need to charge.. but maybe not call it free anymore. 😂
