If the big tree have everything but not producing fruits then there's some serious problem in the roots. I don't believe we've a pathetic team, what i believe our team have serious issues with management. It could be started after the Ashik Kurniyan injury occurred in kings cup, in Thailand. Since then we've started seeing this pathetic performance. No guaranty, no safety, no medical cover... no body will risk their career for this kind of management.
