- PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle should not make the same mistakes that Prince William and Princess Kate did on their Caribbean tour, a royal expert has claimed.
Harry, 39, is set to make a transatlantic trip to the UK next week for an Invictus Games event without Meghan.
The Duke and Duchess will then jet off together to Nigeria for the next stop on the Invictus Games tour.
The couple will take part in "cultural activities" after they were invited by the west African country’s chief of defence staff.
In Harry and Meghan's first trip to the country as a couple, they will meet service members and their families, according to Nigerian media.
Now, ITV News' royal correspondent Chris Ship has told The Sun's new royals show that Harry and Meghan should learn from William and Kate's experiences while on a tour of the Caribbean.

The Royal family showed up for the first Invictus Games because they had help organize it. Prince William even gave a huge donation to help it get started. After the first one, the royal family gave it to Harry and as usual with any royal event they backed off so as not to take the limelight away from the royal who is Patron of the event. You never see any other royal infringing on another royals activity.

Can you journalists please get it into your heads what the term QUEEN CONSORT means! All women who are married to the sovereign are Queen consorts. But every single one has been referred to as Queen. Since Queen Victoria who was Queen Regnant, the Queen Consorts have been Queen Alexandra, Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth (later Queen Mother) and now Queen Camilla. When Charles married Camilla, it was said that she would have the title Princess Consort when Charles became King. At the time it was not known if the public would accept her as queen. Queen Elizabeth II decided she should instead have the rank that is due to the wife of the King which is Queen Consort. It is not a lesser rank than Queen; it is the same. None of the wives of British kings have used the words Queen Consort in front of their name. Queen Elizabeth was not trying to differentiate between calling Camilla Queen or Queen Consort. The choice was between Queen Consort and Princess Consort. I wish someone would write an article and clear this up.
