Hello, brother Ahmed!.. And thanks for your remark, anyway ☺.. But, I'm sorry to say that you're totally wrong 🤗.. Because the word ADVICE is an uncountable noun. So, it cannot be used in the plural. That is to say, we cannot say or write ADVICES (❌)... In other words, it's an invariable noun.
Well!.. But, your remark might have been taken into consideration if it had been about using the word THESE as a determiner just before the word ADVICE which must be always treated as a singular!.. But, even in this case, it may not!.. Because the determiner THESE refers, here, not only to ADVICE, but also to all the nouns mentioned after it ( including: TIPS, METHODS, ...), and that's why!
