What I'm liking in this iteration of dubbing is that they are choosing to let actors be more free with their portrayal, especially compared to SFV. Characters like Falke, Menat, Luke and Especially Kolin felt like they were told to sound as close to Japanese as possible, to the point that it felt no different and awkward. Juri, meanwhile, felt like she lost a bit if her personality, trying far more to be like her Japanese VA, to the point of losing her signature laugh. This trailer has her bring it back, and even comes across as if she owns this role, rather than being an "English Stand In". It's great! Meanwhile, you can tell that Jamie's VA has copied his Japanese Seiyuu, pretty openly too. Thankfully this doesn't feel like he is doing a one-to-one impression here. Like, the KO Cry has them both do the "Uwaaah!", but still very differently. Honestly, already approve of this.
Street Fighter's ENG dub just has a little something that the Japanese one doesnt have. Its the metal Gear solid eng dub of fighting games. M. Bison and Juri especially stand out
Both are great, but the JP has the grunt and different voice textures for different actions. Just sounds powerful and nutty at the same time. EN is a little monotone and only feels naughty.
Fun fact: Juri JP voice, Eri Kitamura was also voicing Keqing (Genshin Impact), Uni/Black Sister (Neptunia), Sayaka Miki (Puella Madoka Magica) & Homura (Senran Kagura).

I like the english VA better. The japanese sounds too OTP and a little cringeworthy. The english sounds cute but unhinged/crazy - the way Juri should sound. Also, it´s cool that Jessica Straus is 60 years old but manages to sound so youthful when doing Juris voice.
