Yeah - that was quite the slap in the face for Smosh. I mean -- considering the essence of Anthony's Series "I spent a day with ______", doing it with "Old Smosh" is SUPER cringe and dark.

To be fair, they are the 4 most consistently funny cast members (I also mean no offense to the other cast but I get the biggest kicks out of these 4 in TNTL/in general).
He seems to have such a healthy mindset around that. And now we know it wasn't even hypothetical for him at that point. They had to genuinely decide all those boundaries and tackle those pitfalls. I very much respect them for how they've handled the whole thing
