For registeration itself we have to attach the certificate from rajiv gandhi hospital sir
We itself can go and get or else they has to give the list of students
If the Regional Medical Board Certificate is not enclosed, then the application will be considered under General Category only.
You only have to go and get it.

TN will not accept the letter from your church. You must get the religious minority certificate from the revenue department.

Thank you very much for your detailed explanation. Can OCI students apply for TN Govt quota MBBS admission? As the online application doesn't have OCI category in the Nationality column.
Don't submit the application now. You can submit the application until 10 July.
Few OCIs are meeting the DME for clarification. Let us wait for some more time to understand the way forward.

hello sir, while uploading neet admit card did student has to upload the soft copy or in hard copy after affixing the photo, signature & thumb impression then scan and upload.
Try to have the admit card similar to what you took to the exam.

You don't need to upload the birth certificate. Its not a mandatory document.
If you have all supporting documents like nativity certificate, community certificate, parents documents to prove your nativity, then no need to worry.

2 & 3. No need to post any documents directly to DME

You have to pay it before choice filling.
Hello sir I'm from Kerala but I've been studying in Tamil Nadu from LKG onwards. My permanent address (residential) is in Tamil Nadu but nativity certificate is of kerala. I'm willing to apply for Tamil Nadu govt state quota. So what all procedures should I follow sir. Will there be any problem if I upload kerala nativity certificate??
You are a non-native of TN. So, you don't need the nativity certificate. You have to upload the study certificate for 6th to 12th std study in TN.
Please remember that you should apply only to one state for government seats. You are free to apply to multiple states for management quota seats.

No one can give an answer without the rank list. If someone is predicting the cutoff for government school students, I don't know on what basis they do.

Sir, My name is S Vikram Natraj, I have submitted the form but I realised that I had written my name in the beginning as S Vikram Natraj ( same name given in NEET forms, score card, Aadhaar, community certificate etc), but they had asked to fill for name as per HSC marksheet in the beginning which is
Vikram Natraj S( only in class 12 cbse marksheet). Will it cause any problem? The initial is on the other side in 12th marksheet.

Prospectus is very clear. "The candidates are required to produce a certificate obtained from the Regional Medical Board constituted at Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai-600 003"

Yes, eligibility certificate is mandatory for candidates who don't belong to CBSE, ISC and TN state board.
Sir Already we had a zoom meeting now i have a doubt Reg., community certificate as me (father) community certificate is old type Green card with hand written by revenue dept however my son we had applied and got electronic model like with QR code and computer document, whether mein also should be the same as computer/QR code or the old green card is suffient, kindly clarify please Thanks and Regards
Just use the old one for the parent and new one for the candidate. Not an issue.

If you come under sports quota, you should send it by post/ courier. For others, not needed
While uploading the thumb impression the image gets elongated and makes it look like ring finger
Please check whether the signature is in the correct size (25 x 60 mm).

Check the status and see where the application is. Is it with VAO, RI, Dy Tahsildar or Tahsildar? Go and meet the person personally and request for approval. If you follow personally, you can get it on the same day.

You should choose only one state for government seats. You can apply to any number of states for management quota.

Once you have registered, you cannot change the EMIS number.
