OKAY SO I JUST LEARNED ABT THIS AT SCHOOL RECENTLY (i go to an art school :3) the actual reason why your paper bends and buckles when you use water color is the water is expanding due to the fibers in the actual paper, so if you use something like painters tape, or even clips, it can help the paper not curve and just kinda wrinkle which is significantly less warped than without painters tape! hope this helps! ^^

You should invest in a kneaded eraser haha It's easier to lighten your sketch by rolling them and once you knead them a couple times they clean themselves up decently :)
i use paperblank sketchbooks too!! the paper isn't the best for mixed media, but they have such pretty covers, don't they? and your art is just as pretty!!!

maybe for the crumpling issue you could use a watercolor paper and glue it into the sketchbook when you’re done with the drawing? it’s what i do cause mine doesn’t take watercolor very well either LOL

TYY! ok so my setup isn't anything fancy at all, i just got a cheap mini tripod off amazon but my first vid was literally just me holding my phone, you can also just stack items and set up your phone on them to get height. hope this helps!
