Car details
1958 ford 2dr hardtop, club victoria fairlane, power plant 302(5.0) out of a 91 lincoln mark 7 and a AOD trans, custom trans mount, driveshaft, custom exhaust by FMG exhaust, B&M shifter, Lokar kick down, edelbrock intake, and carb, summit valve covers, billet pulleys, custom alternator bracket, holley red fuel pump, new gas tank, complete new wiring job, all work except exhaust was done by us here at stubbsrodandcustom.com and this car is owned and operated by my father Wayne.
An often overlooked year for many cars. We see numerous’57 cars at shows or Mustangs, Camaros and Firebirds, yet certain years are left off the playing field.
This was one good looking year for Ford.
Tell ya what. I love the looks of these 1958 Ford Fairlane cars, the front
end clip, the rear taillights, everything about this car is totally, EXCELLENT! BEAUTIFUL CARS THESE 1958 FORD FAIRLANES.
How right you are.! 🤪👍
Cool as heck,i wouldn't change a thing.
A very stn
A very stylish and stunning Ford that will attract alot of attention.
I love the music goes with the car
the soundtrack is great
Very cool car
The first year for the FE I believe, 332 an 352 along with the 292 Y-block and the 6 cylinder.
Also, some were equipped with 361 Edsel MEL. Top high performance engine available.
The matte finish looks good. I love the '58 Fords.
Nice!
Wow, what a groovy automobile.
Not a motorized shopping basket or a bland uninspiring blob of "ridiculousness" like most of the "means of conveyance" people call cars nowadays.
That ford is magnum cool.🤪👍
Did you make mounts to put this motor in or buy them? We have a 59 Fairlane at the shop and the Y-Block isn't looking salvagable so we are considering what options the customer will have. Thanks in advance. If we have to fab stuff the price jumps obviously.
Can't hear the car.
Well by trial and no error I will say this... get some motor mounts off a 91 lincoln mark 7 5.0 and bolt them to a late model 302, it does put the motor pretty close to the firewall like 1" or so but not having the air injection tube makes it have the clearance needed to fit in there. the mounts are basically a bolt through just like the fairlanes etc had, all you have to do is cut a slot in the existing metal on the car and they drop right in. need anything else ~ stubbsrodandcustom@att.net
La música innecesaria
1958 was the last time they made the Fairlane
Where’s the sound of the motor❓🤡👎🏼
Why shit music rather hear car going down the road ...
