매일의 하나님 말씀 ＜진정한 ‘사람’은 어떤 사람인가＞(발췌문 350)
내가 인류를 정복하는 이유는 사람이 내게 지음 받고 또한 내가 창조한 그 모든 풍성한 것들을 누렸음에도 나를 저버렸기 때문이다. 또한 사람은 나를 마음에 두지 않고 삶의 짐으로 여기고 있다. 심지어 사람은 분명히 나를 보았으면서도 저버리고, 온갖 수단으로 나를 ‘물리치려고’ 한다. 사람은 내가 진지하게 대하거나 엄격하게 요구하는 것을 용납하지 않으며, 사람의 불의를 심판하고 형벌하는 것도 용납하지 않는다. 사람은 이를 새롭게 느끼기는커녕 오히려 싫증을 낸다. 그렇기에 내 사역은 나를 먹고 마시고 누리면서도 나를 알지 못하는 인류를 쳐부숴 철저히 물리친 뒤, 나의 사자들, 나의 영광과 더불어 내 처소로 돌아가는 것이다. 사람의 행실이 이미 오래전에 내 마음을 만신창이로 만들었고, 내 사역도 깨뜨렸기 때문에 나는 악한 자가 빼앗아 간 영광을 되찾아 기쁜 마음으로 떠날 것이다. 그리고 더는 사람의 삶에 관여하지 않고 인류가 계속 자신의 ‘삶’을 살면서 ‘안거낙업’하며, ‘자신의 농토를 경작하게’ 할 것이다. 하지만 지금은 내 영광을 악한 자의 손에서 완전히 빼앗아 올 것이다. 창세 때 사람에게 주었던 영광을 모조리 거두어 다시는 땅의 인류에게 베풀지 않을 것이다. 이는 사람이 내 영광을 지키기는커녕 오히려 내 영광을 사탄의 모습으로 바꾸었기 때문이다. 사람은 내가 오는 것을 귀하게 여기지 않고 내 영광의 날도 소중히 여기지 않는다. 또한 내 형벌을 달갑게 받아들이려 하지 않고, 더욱이 나의 영광을 내게 돌려주려 하지도 않으며, 악한 자의 독소를 버리려 하지도 않는다. 사람은 나의 영광이 인류를 떠났을 때 인류가 얼마나 큰 어둠에 빠지게 될지 모르고, 나의 날이 전 인류에게 임했을 때 인류의 날이 노아의 날보다 훨씬 지내기 어려울 거라는 사실도 모른 채, 여전히 이렇게 나를 기만하며, 만면에 웃음을 띠고 있다. 내 영광이 이스라엘을 떠났을 때 이스라엘이 얼마나 캄캄했는지, 동이 틀 때 칠흑같이 어두운 밤이 얼마나 견디기 어려웠는지 망각했기 때문이다. 해가 다시 숨고 어둠이 다가오면 사람은 다시 어둠 속에서 슬피 울며 이를 갈 것이다. 너희는 내 영광이 이스라엘을 떠났을 때, 이스라엘 사람들이 마주한 고난의 날이 참으로 견디기 힘들었다는 것을 잊었느냐? 지금은 너희가 나의 영광을 보는 때이며, 또한 나와 더불어 영광의 날을 함께 보내는 때이다. 그러나 내 영광이 이 더러운 땅을 떠날 때, 사람은 어둠 속에서 슬피 울 것이다. 지금은 내가 사역하는 영광의 날이고, 또한 인류에게 고난을 면케 해 주는 날이다. 나는 사람과 함께 고난과 고통의 날을 보내지 않으며, 오직 인류를 철저히 정복하고 인류의 악한 자를 완전히 쳐부수기만 하기 때문이다.

You Should Treasure the Day of God’s Glory
I
People don’t treasure God’s coming, nor do they prize the day of His glory. They’re not glad to receive His chastisement, not willing to return His glory to Him. They’re not willing to cast off the evil one’s poison. Humanity continues trying to deceive God, still wearing happy faces, bright smiles, like the past, unaware that deep gloom will descend upon man after God’s glory departs from them. They’re unaware that when God’s day comes to all mankind, it will be worse for them than for the people of Noah’s day. Man does not know how dark Israel became when God’s glory departed from it. At dawn, man forgets how dark the night was, how difficult it was to get through. When the sun again retreats and darkness descends, man will again lament and gnash his teeth in the darkness.

Have you forgotten, when God’s glory departed from Israel, how hard it was for the Israelites to endure those suffering days? Now is the time when you see God’s glory, and it’s also the time when you share the day of His glory. Man will lament amid the darkness when God’s glory leaves the filthy land. Now is the day of God’s glory when God does His work, and it’s the day when He exempts man from suffering, for He won’t share the times of torment and tribulation with them. God wants only to conquer mankind completely, and to completely defeat the evil one of man. Man does not know how dark Israel became when God’s glory departed from it. At dawn, man forgets how dark the night was, how difficult it was to get through. When the sun again retreats and darkness descends, man will again lament and gnash his teeth in the darkness.

사람을 경영하는 것은 내 본연의 사역이고, 나아가 사람을 정복하는 것은 내가 창세 때 이미 정해 놓은 것이다. 사람은 내가 말세에 그들을 철저히 정복할 것이란 사실을 모르고, 또한 내가 인류 중의 패역자를 정복하는 것이 곧 사탄을 물리친 증거가 된다는 것을 전혀 모르고 있다. 하지만 지난날 내 원수가 나와 싸울 때, 나는 사탄에게 사로잡혀 그것의 아들딸, 집지기가 된 충실한 종을 정복할 것이라고 알려 준 바 있다. 정복의 원뜻은 상대를 물리쳐 부끄럽게 하는 것이다. 이스라엘 사람들의 언어 표현법에 따르면 본래 상대를 철저히 물리치고 쳐부숴 다시는 내게 반항하지 못하게 한다는 뜻이었지만, 오늘날 이 사람들에게는 정복이란 뜻으로 쓰인다. 너희는 내 본래의 뜻이 인류의 악한 자를 철저히 멸하고 쳐부숴 다시는 나를 배반하지 못하게 하고, 내 사역을 방해하거나 어지럽힐 기운마저 사라지게 만드는 것임을 알아야 한다. 그러므로 사람에게는 정복이 된다. 하지만 그 내포된 의미가 어떠하든 결론적으로 말해 내 사역은 인류를 쳐부수는 것이다. 인류가 내 경영의 부속물이라는 것은 분명한 사실이지만, 더 정확하게 말하자면 인류는 내 원수요, 나를 대적하고 거역하는 악한 자요, 내게 저주받은 악한 자의 후예요, 나를 배반한 천사장의 후손이요, 일찍이 내게 버림받고 나와 첨예하게 맞서는 악마의 유산이기 때문이다. 전 인류의 상공은 혼탁하고 어두워 맑은 느낌이 전혀 없으며, 인간 세상 또한 칠흑같이 캄캄해 거기서 살면 한 치 앞도 볼 수 없고, 고개를 들어도 햇빛을 볼 수 없다. 발밑의 길은 질퍽거리고 울퉁불퉁하고 구불구불하며, 도처에 송장이 즐비하다. 어두컴컴한 구석에는 죽은 자의 백골이 가득하고, 음산한 모퉁이에는 온갖 귀신이 머물고 있다. 사람들 사이에서는 도처에 귀신들이 출몰한다. 더럽기 그지없는 온갖 짐승의 후손들이 서로 참혹하게 싸우고 죽이니, 그 소리가 간담을 서늘케 한다. 이러한 시대, 이러한 세상, 이러한 ‘인간 낙원’ 가운데 어디에서 인생의 즐거움을 찾겠느냐? 사람은 또 어디에서 인생의 종착지를 찾겠느냐? 이미 오래전에 사탄에게 짓밟힌 인류는 본래 사탄의 형상을 연기하는 존재이며, 나아가 사탄의 화신이자 사탄을 위해 ‘힘 있는 간증’을 하는 증거물이다. 이런 인류, 이런 인간 말종, 이런 ‘패괴된 인류 족속’의 자손이 어떻게 하나님을 증거할 수 있겠느냐? 내 영광이 어디에서 나오겠느냐? 내 증거는 어디서부터 논하겠느냐? 나와 맞서며 인류를 패괴시킨 그 원수는 내가 창조한, 내 영광과 나를 살아 내는 모습이 충만했던 인류를 더럽히고 또 내 영광을 빼앗아 갔다. 그것이 사람에게 한 일이라고는 사탄의 추태로 가득한 독소와 선악과의 과즙을 채워 넣은 것뿐이었다. 태초에 나는 ‘인류’를 창조하였다. 즉, 인류의 조상인 아담을 만들었다. 아담에게는 형상이 있었고 생기와 활력이 넘쳤으며 더욱이 내 영광이 함께했다. 그날은 본래 내가 사람을 창조한 영광의 날이었다. 이어서 아담의 몸에서 하와가 ‘생겨났다’. 그녀 역시 사람의 조상이다. 이렇게 내가 창조한 사람은 나의 생기로 충만했고 나의 영광으로 가득했다. 아담은 내 손에서 ‘난’ 존재로, 본래 내 형상을 대표한다. 그렇기에 ‘아담’이란 본디 나의 활기가 넘치고, 나의 영광이 가득하며, 형태도 모양도 있고, 영과 생기를 갖춘 나의 피조물이란 뜻이었다. 또한 내가 창조한, 유일하게 나를 대표할 수 있고 내 형상을 지니고 나의 생기를 받은, 영이 있는 피조물이라는 뜻이었다. 한편, 하와는 내가 태초에 정해 놓았던, 두 번째로 지음 받은 생기가 있는 사람이다. 그러므로 ‘하와’란 내 영광을 이어 가고 나의 생기가 가득하며, 나아가 내 영광을 지닌 피조물이라는 의미이다. 하와는 본래 아담에게서 왔으므로 그녀에게도 내 형상이 있었는데, 이는 그녀가 내 형상대로 지은 두 번째 ‘사람’이었기 때문이다. ‘하와’란 영이 있고 뼈와 살이 있는 산 사람이라는 의미로, 인류 중에 내 두 번째 증거이자 두 번째 형상이었다. 이들은 인류의 조상이면서 인류의 보배롭고 성결한 존재로, 본래 영이 있는 산 사람이었다. 그러나 그 악한 자가 인류 조상의 자손을 짓밟고 약탈했으며, 나아가 인간 세상을 어둠으로 뒤덮어 이 ‘후손’들이 더 이상 내 존재를 믿지 못하게 만들었다. 더욱 혐오스러운 것은 그 악한 자가 사람을 패괴시키고 짓밟는 동시에 나의 영광과 증거, 내가 사람에게 준 생기, 내가 사람에게 불어넣은 숨결과 생명, 그리고 인간 세상의 내 모든 영광과 내가 인류에게 기울인 모든 심혈까지 무자비하게 빼앗아 갔다는 사실이다. 인류는 광명을 잃고, 내가 준 모든 것을 잃었으며, 내가 베풀어 준 영광을 버렸는데 어떻게 나를 피조물의 주라고 인정할 수 있겠느냐? 하늘에 내가 존재하고 있음을 어떻게 믿을 수 있겠느냐? 또 땅에도 내 영광이 나타나고 있음을 어떻게 발견할 수 있겠느냐? 이 ‘손자, 손녀들’이 어떻게 그들의 선조가 경외하던 하나님을 자신들의 창조주로 여길 수 있겠느냐? 뜻밖에도 이 가련한 ‘손자, 손녀들’은 내가 아담과 하와에게 베풀어 준 영광과 형상, 증거, 나아가 인류가 생존하도록 베풀어 준 생명까지도 아무런 거리낌 없이 그 악한 자에게 ‘증여’하였다. 또한 그 악한 자의 존재를 조금도 개의치 않고 나의 이 모든 영광을 다 그것에게 주었다. 이것이 바로 ‘인간 말종’이라는 호칭의 유래 아니겠느냐? 이런 인류, 이런 악귀, 이런 산송장, 이런 사탄, 이런 원수에게 어떻게 나의 영광이 있을 수 있겠느냐? 나는 내 영광은 물론이고 사람들 가운데 있었던 나의 증거와 이전에 인류에게 베풀었던, 원래 내게 속했던 모든 것을 다시 빼앗아 올 것이다. 즉, 사람을 철저히 정복할 것이다. 하지만 너는, 내가 지은 사람은 본래 내 형상과 영광을 지닌 성결한 사람으로, 사탄에게 속하지도 짓밟히지도 않았으며, 오롯이 나를 나타내는 존재로서 사탄의 독소가 조금도 없었다는 것을 알아야 한다. 그렇기에 나는 모든 사람이 다 알게 할 것이다. 내가 원하는 사람은 오로지 내 손으로 지은 사람이고, 또한 내가 사랑하는, 본래 다른 것에 속하지 않은 성결한 사람이라는 것을 말이다. 게다가 나는 그런 사람을 나의 기쁨과 영광으로 여긴다. 하지만 내가 원하는 사람은 사탄에 의해 패괴되고 오늘날 사탄에 속한 그런 사람이 아니고, 내가 태초에 지은 그런 인류도 아니다. 나는 인간 세상의 내 영광을 빼앗아 올 것이므로 인류 가운데서 ‘요행히 살아남은 자들’을 철저히 정복함으로써 내가 사탄을 물리친 영광의 증거로 삼을 것이다. 나는 오로지 내 증거만을 나의 결정체로, 나의 기쁨으로 삼는다. 이것이 나의 뜻이다.
