The way you described Mentor's innate is not entirely correct. If you give a spirit a slow power with it, they play it during the fast phase (and get the elements from it), but it's still a slow power and doesn't resolve until the slow phase. (And if they want to play and repeat Cast Down as you described, they need 18 energy on hand...)
Don't sleep on the air marker, it's extremely powerful! Unquenchable Flames (air + fire to get fast 2 damage) + Call to Isolation and your any element as earth (to get left innate) would have solved lands 3, 5 and 8 on turn 2. Absorb Corruption can also remove 2 blight with the moon marker. Intensify Memory is hands down my favourite spirit, so many awesome interactions are possible and almost every minor becomes powerful!
Life's Balance Tilts added +1 health to all pieces. This would have made the explorer in land 3 survive, risking future escalation, except you happened to add another Dahan there later, so it didn't matter. You also evaluated the Healthy Island event on Provincial Seat/Lands Hollow of Promise. -Fortification will Build in a Land without Invaders, as Build Cards are what require Invaders to be present, not Build Actions; this was corrected in Jagged Earth (page 27) and has another specific mention in the NI rulebook- Edit: Fortification has errata to say it peforms a Build Step which does check for invaders, not just a Build Action. I'm pretty sure there were multiple times this game where you gained a major without discarding/forgetting a power. On the flip side, you forgot a card for +4 on Life's Balance Tilts when you could have just discarded it (because of the special rule), so it roughly equaled out (you probably would have forgotten the same card when gaining Walls of Rock and Thorn so you could keep Absorb Corruption in hand).
As I understand it: when gaining a Major Power, you still need to discard a card (rather than forget) for Memory's rule. Is this wrong? You used it this way with "unleash a torrent...", but not when gaining majors.

love your videos! Happy to see so many high levels plays of the new aspects!
I love intensifying blight removal cards with moon element. Suddenly you can take Sweden's blight to scale!

I have the same understanding.
