Thanks for the detailed teardown!
In the end my printer didn't need a fuser replacement (had Error 50). There was a blob of grease mixed with toner at the end of the fuser's white gear (the one you transfer around 6 min 10 sec). It seems that it was messing with the axle's contact with a metal leaf spring. Wiped that off gue off, put everything back together and it works!
