I’ve seen those little igloo house thing but never found one with an underground enslaved villager and zombified villager.
Do one with special "tools" that can troll and annoy the hunters. Like a totem you can hold that makes them drop items when they're near you, or a bow that doesn't hurt them just makes them drop all their inventory on the ground, or just turns them around 180 instantly, whatever they're doing. One that TP's them just one block to the side (funny if they're trying to bridge). Maybe one that can take their saturation (not health) and give it to you. Stuff like that.
