I think for the Elrod mask, since they used the original’78 mask for Dick Warlock I think the mask was still morphing around Warlocks face because as the movie progresses it seems like the mask gets tighter and tighter around his face. I dunno that’s just what I think
But your Guys Captain Kirks sideburns are Not correct with the Original lining of the side burn. Easy fix but surprised it hasn't been re-worked. It causes a big Issue with Movie correct mask because the scar looking line on both sides when u pull the sideburns off is not Correct to the Original lining (Scars) from the Real shape mask, Becomes it forms like a "S" shaped scar instead of just the single line going Down....
THANK YOU for standing up for the TOTS masks. Many fans do indeed shit on these and like you perfectly put it, there are no masks at or below what TOTS charges that come close in every way. Mabry IS Trick or Treat Studios and this is one of his absolute best sculpts.
The TOTs 1978 mask comes as garbage. I just had one come in. After a rehair and paint touchups it does look better. It should already come from tots looking good.

Loving theses videos! And everybody does shit on the TOTS masks pretty unfairly. I would’ve killed for Myers masks this good and inexpensive when I was younger.
I am also not a fan of H2 (the film and especially the way the mask looks) and think it's overrated when compared to Carpenter's film. Of course, I'm a purist and wish there had never been a sequel to H1, but I still think H2 diminishes The Shape, his look, and the first film as a whole.
