Mixing it up by recording by the window! And yes the background ambience was positive. BTW if you find mouth sounds tiring, especially when doing extreme sounds, do take breaks or down shift to slower sounds. These were very effective, and I think non-stop intense triggers can cause tingle immunity, but varying the intensity and tempo prevents that.
