They're all beautiful. I think rankings have to be so personal to matter, so yours reflects what's best for your usage. That last palette is pretty much the be-all, end-all rainbow palette, but then the all matte one is my jam (love mattes most). I guess I have a few that qualify overall, but really the one Rainbow I think of as such is Violet Voss Sugar Crystals-- once i had that, I felt "set" for the rainbow.

Im terrified of primary colors on my eyes 😂 especially blue, red and green.
Those are definitely the most 'out there' shades! You could always start small and build up if you wanted!
The Rick and Morty palette is the best! You should check out Wicked Widow's Resurrection palette. Gorgeous rainbow shades.
