It's actually a set of purchaseable BGMs in the same shop you would purchase racing items and garage props,so yeah;the SB01/TXR3 OST is indeed used in the game.
Not sure if any of you played Kaido Battle 2, but that game was on a whole another level, it had a Music maker that you can create your custom music from all the samples available in the game, it had unlockables sound samples too, it was the only Genki racing game to ever feature this, i'm surprised no one talked about it or even bothered to upload a vid about it

Maybe trying sitting the steering sensitivity to lower, that's how i was able to control mine
