I think he would definitely be a positive asset to this current Warriors team. One of the biggest things Warriors need is size, and Kyle Anderson definitely provides a bit of that while being rather solid defensively. He's not a true big or anything, but he certainly seems like a 'big' that Kerr would perhaps actually play with is his basketball IQ and ability to screen and play without the ball. Because we all know how big-guy-phobic Kerr is lol.
I can't give an opinion on Dunleavy yet. I need to wait until everything is settle. Also i just heard on a warriors channel that bob meets wuit because joe lacob is jerry jones 2 0 Apparently they don't have all the say on who gets traded and who stays. And although i agree with what the offered klay and being somewhat ok with letting him go, i don't agree with how he Apparently instructed Dunleavy and others to approach him. If what was said was true about them not committing with him and using the "cold" approach, that i have a problem with. That's not how to deal with someone like klay. That could have been why he was so off last season because he was clearly in his head. But also after all his been to the organization and all he means to the fans you handle that better. I mean he is a human being and he's a sensitive one as well.
Nuggets are falling apart and now seeing that someone will get Markkanen just makes me sad thinking how much wasted Jokic's career in Denver will end up to be. No disrespect to Westbrook but I prefer Reggie Jackson over him. But even players like Lavine or Dlo seem great now in these desperate times. Hope something will change before next season.
@@M.Đ-z4u After winning last year they lose Bruce Brown. Reggie Jackson is gone, KCP is gone. The playoff series loss against Tvolves was because DJ and Nnaji were unplayable so Jokic played 47 minutes in game 7. PW was also unplayable in that series. They drafted a strecth big rookie not a proper center. If Murray get injured the only other PG on the team is Picket.
@ztay you know exactly why Klay didn't choose y'all lmao. Y'all can be blind to the fact but the truth is no body wants to team up with Bron. I guarantee 1000% Klay would've signed with thevlakers if LeBron wasn't on the team. Stop acting like it's not the truth
Dunleavy is cookin so far. Consolidation moves for the Curry/Markkanen era. Buddy Hield ups our shooting, De’Anthony Melton is a handsy POA defender we desperately need for limited scenarios - the GPII replacement. Kyle is what you said, a playmaker with A’s in many defensive categories. And we got all of that with random sign and trade pieces from Klay, with money left to spend. If we get Lauri, this is the best Warriors off-season in terms of real work that the front office did since Kevin Durant came here, Bennett pretty debatable whether the front office had much to do with that at the time.
If jazz and warriors deal. Clarkson+Markannen for KUMINGA+Moody+Wiggins+picks Warriors starter Curry Pods Anderson Green Markannen Then off the bench Clarkson gonna give 20+ points Melton/Waters Payton TJD Post/Looney
As a Spurs fan I know that trading for Lauri would probably mean Keldon is included in the package, but there’s this pipe dream I have where we trade Zach Collins, one of Branham/Wesley, and some picks for Lauri instead
If you think of the Warriors' history, good defenders with a good floor game can thrive in their system depending on the rest of the personnel. Iggy, Draymond, Livingston... I don't know exactly how it would work in today's NBA, but in 22-23 the Warriors' starting lineup with Draymond and Looney had the best net rating in the league. So maybe there is a way, maybe there isn't, maybe there is no way without Klay... But I can see the vision, and think that while the Warriors want to play fast and shoot 3s, up until now that didn't mean every player needed to be good at these specific things for the system to work as a whole.
Oh also drafting: he found trace TJD, and Podz, two of the best finds of the draft, and the moves this year look solid. it looks less like they will be contributors anytime soon, but good picks nonetheless
@@patrickturk8957 Even without talking skillsets, I think it would be better when thinking about contract, size, age and injury history. If we also consider what they'll have to give up, then it gets more complicated.
I guess klay thought the mavs have a better chance at winning a chip than the lakers. I think it’s probably a better system fit since so much attention will be on Luka and Kai, klay will get a lot of open threes
Minnesota Timberwolves took cash because they need money and cap space to pay either ant and or kat in the future. this was a cap space dump for them. i don't think they would have traded if they could pay ant both kat .
When you sign someone you can't trade them for a awhile it's in the rules so if they wanted to include Kyle for a Lauri it'd have to be at the trade deadline basically. Also Utah wouldn't want him so that's not it to begin with.
He might be a Shaun Livingston type of player for the Warriors. But with the addition of Melton Warriors need to trade Payton and Moody for a better fit
The Wolves just did a 2nd rd pick swap in the draft, they traded their higher pick and a player for the pistons lower 2nd rd pick lol, then traded that away for a future 2nd rd pick. He was leaving regardless, MN are deep in luxury tax so they had nothing to offer him but a minimun, so to get anything at all for him is kind of a win for them. Good player tho, just dont expect too much on offense, but he will find ways to score a bucket.
Agreed, can't look at sign and trade like regular trades. Even when only looking at sign and trades every situation is different depending on who is more desparate, etc
Question for you ztay, what is wrong with zach lavine. I worldview take him because no one wants him and that's scary but why,, what's wrong with dude?
@@captaineri.223 When did I say I'm a Lakers fan? Are you that much of an idiot that you just go around making random assumptions? My team made it to the finals, lost yes. But more than can be said for most teams.

Warriors now have players with the quickest and slowest shooting releases with this trade
i think this is a decent signing. but i want lauri already we need him.
mike has DRAFTED VERY WELL. TRADING HAS BEING close to if not QUESTION MARK.

Bulls ask warriors for Jonathan Kuminga, Andrew Wiggins and picks and they decline 😂
You don’t care lakers getting bronny hate? Well don’t complain when they don’t make the playoffs lmao
this pisses me off. They gave Kyle 3 years, but Klay they said "get tf out"??? Lmao screw Joe Jacob man, I hate him
Ngl he’s a great pick up draymond hyped about him so 🤷🏽♂️
anderson, melton, hield and lauri/dfs might be otw too 🔥
Slow mo need to work on getting his shot quicker just a little bit he better talk to curry lol
Lakers need to grab Luka Kennard, RoCo, and sign demar
Klay probably didn't want all that drama! Who Would? lol

They can Zach Lavine and Lauri
SLO-MO TO THE RESCUE !!!
NBA central not real

What about Zach Lavine?
@@patrickturk8957 I’d rather have Lauri

dunleavy sold us 🔥 lol not a big fan of him so far
Only thing that could make me happy about this off season is if we get Lauri without trading JK but I’m scared that’s not possible 😢

he was trade it pot Klay trade
WE NEED LAURI!
This changes everything... lmao still not making the play offs 😂
