Practical? Idk. Awesome? Hell yes!
Love the enthusiasm!
Yeah it’s cool but it’s the ass hats that make it not fun. Why can’t people get back to fighting with fists. lol the shit hurts they don’t want none.
Pretty cool, I can see why people think it’s dangerous, but at the end of the day it’s just as dumb and dangerous as having a flame thrower in your AR. I’m sure it will make a fun range toy if ranges allow it
Now I want a flame thrower…goes well with my mossberg “spike”!!!
Now if only we could get a flamethrower on a Glock! Thanks for your comment!
It's way more dumb and dangerous because you need to keep the trigger depressed on a live round and unload to render the weapon safe. Just... go home.
This turns a tool into a really fun toy. Without a selector lever or a manual safety you're looking at quite a few accidental discharges.
Yes , it could , if you don't know how to use it , or don't have enough hand strength for the recoil , that could cause it to actually be almost as fast as fully auto, but perfect two Rd shooting if you control.
No selector!?!
Get ah switch then.
I mean that's why I'm getting one, for the toy aspect. I don't carry my G19 anymore
If you need a manual safety to shoot safely, you shouldn't be shooting guns to begin with.
Literally would buy a bunch if there was a selector switch.
Thanks I was getting tired of the JSD PR trigger to be back in stock
Because the lack of selector switch I see a problem with the use and AD OR ND and I hope is doesn’t involve fatal incident.
Drinking toilet bowl cleaner can cause a problem and even fatal accidents, yet, people do it. LIFE didn't come with but one warning label, The Bible.
I mean there's no safety or selector on alcohol and it is up to the end user to use it the right way. I say let evolution deal with it.
Big Daddy Unlimited just filed for bankruptcy as of 3/24/23, so buyer beware. I’ll wait until officially released before deciding.
I was on there website and when you press on the shop now on the G FLEX trigger it says error
Bought one to tryout and still haven't received it. PreOrdered on 3/12/23 and have yet to hear anything besides the manufacturer is still working on them. Excuses after excuses with them.
Have you got your order ?

1:32 was that supposed to happen 😂 even he looked like oops
Yes, that's the way it works. Pull trigger, fire a round, release the trigger, fire a round.
Client brought in a Gen 3 and a Gen 4 to be installed. The Gen 3 seems to work during dry firing... but the Gen 4 however will stay in battery no matter what or how the trigger is pulled. Of course the slide will not come off... had to remove the backplate to maneuver the slide off. That's when I started looking at reviews left by consumers, not the retailers. TONS of unhappy customers with major issues.
Im here dealing with what you said. After installed the gun dont make dry firing😡
same exact problem. brought a gen 4 just to test it out. disappointed and unsatisfied.
seems like they tested it on a g19 and said “yup it’s works on all”
Aw, gosh.
Thanks, guys.
This is exactly what I had requested over a year ago.
There is a phenomena that I dubbed the 'Leroy Thompson effect'.
Named after the gunwriter Leroy Thompson, this is why he advocated for loading the body of the recipient up with 3-5 round bursts from submachine guns.
This is apparently because within about a 1/4 span of time, the body will regard multiple hits from a pistol or SMG as one bigger compounded wounding event, much like being hit by multiple shotgun pellets at once.
This phenomena, correctly leveraged, will drop an adversary with greater odds of success.
So I was theorizing that a trigger like a paintball gun, that fires once upon the trigger being pulled and once again upon that trigger being released would be ideal for certain operators with certain requirements.
A mechanical double-tap, I theorized, would make it practical to deliver multiple double-taps to an adversary, especially if lightweight saboted rounds were employed, and a compensator as well.
So again, thanks for listening, ladies and gentlemen.
Leveraging the Leroy Thompson effect in this fashion will make someone with the right equipment and sufficient practice that much more effective in situations where one really must encourage a bad guy to calm the f-ck down.
This will help bridge the gap on those days where you start thinking that maybe you should have brought a long gun.
For those days you'll want a baby stroller and a blanket, obviously, in order to blend in as a yuppie jogger or square or whatever taking your long gun for a quick jog or a leisurely stroll or whatever.
Yeah.
This kicks ass.
689 foot/pounds @ 90% odds to hit with a weapon-mounted laser.
x 2.
With split times of 1/4 second or less.
Two double taps will generate 2,756 ft/lbs, about the same as a .308 Winchester.
A single double tap will generate 1,378 ft/lbs, about like M855A1 from a 20 inch barreled AR-15.
Underwood Ammo's 125 grain 357 SIG loading from a 4.6 inch barrel should clock 1,575 feet per second, generating 689 ft/lbs.
Lighter subcaliber saboted loads would generate 750ish ft/lbs with recoil closer to 9mm levels.
A compensator screwed onto the threaded extended barrel will mitigate muzzle flip and recoil by 30% or so, making mechanical double taps that much more practical.
This is why full-auto Glocks are stupid.
This is the solution that is legal, affordable, and with a little practice will make someone proficient that much more combat effective.
It's a Christmas f-cking miracle.

💀♠️🎯
seriously, thanks, guys
Wow! What a write up! Thanks for the support and the education!
I'm not reading all that
TL;DR 2 holes better than 1
@@asamcdaniel5167 especially if split times between shots are 1/4 second or less.
Reference Leroy Thompson's data regarding burst length from 9mm submachine guns in American Survival Guide and Soldier of Fortune articles from the 1980s.
Multiple hits within a 1/4 second span of time produce disproportionately effective wounding and stopping potential against opponents.
The G-flex trigger will enable the 'Leroy Thompson Effect' as I humorously refer to it to be used against bad guys.
I'm pretty excited about the idea.
Fake and gay
These are interesting but unlike the rifle versions, you can only fire in binary. There is no way to have a regular semi-auto without dropping the mag, etc.. Yes, they would have to add a selector switch and that's not easy to do but that would be the main way more people would use them. It is cool and interesting, it's just not available to use in regular semi mode once installed.
You could somewhat easily do it with a backplate switch/cancel like the imported Glock auto-sears work.
But I absolutely agree that the non-ability to go to a single round mode sorta kills this as a useful item. Seems like a bad idea relegating the gun to binary only, especially with no external differences or selector.
@@shirothehero0609
Spot on. I guess the Glock 18 would be the only one that really fits the bill without doing too much work.
That’s why you buy a variety of guns lol
@@shirothehero0609this suggestion is MOOT the whole point of the g flex is to not have to use an illegal switch….
@@rodneysuttonjr7303it’s not MOOT…the reason Glock “switches” are illegal is simply because it coverts them into machine guns that are full auto. This device does not do that. So, while it would be a “switch” just from a verbiage standpoint, it’s not a full auto switch. The functionality is drastically different.
Got mine cant wait to hit the range with the 50rd drum 33rd mag 24rd mag and many others.
Let 'er RIP!
Where did u order it from
@@Jaygodumbb I typed GFlex trigger on Google and it's the 1st page [performance triggers]
Pretty cool that it’s available for most glocks
We think so too!
Pretty much not counting the 45acp and the 10mm.
@@matyokaI’m pretty sure they make them for both, I’ve seen both Glock 20 and 29s with gflex triggers
This put a huge smile on my face😁😁😁 it’s like seeing candy
I like how all the footage of it being shot = wild uncontrolled ammo dump into the berm. If you aren't an excellent shooter, with excellent shooting mechanics, I see a lot of rounds being dumped into the ceiling/ground of indoor ranges
And don't forget anyone standing around the shooter
We always stress and practice the utmost safety at the range and anytime we are handling firearms. We also instill these values on our audience. Like any firearm, those using a G-Flex should be mindful of how they use the device.
Professional shooters and amateurs tested this during research and development, and they were always safe.
@Big Daddy Unlimited you can say that all you want. Under controlled conditions probably true. In real life totally unsafe.
Don’t buy from BDU. STILL WAITING 3 MONTHS!!!! for my order to ship. Might as well buy from optics planet

So can I get this for my G5 Glock 29
Last time I checked America still had a Constitution with a second Amendment. Something about the right to keep and bear shall NOT be infringed. This is just a faster trigger. 🙂
Can you male them for the G43x & G48
One thing to note...... If you're planning on using a ported comp on your threaded barrel, your firearm will become overgassed causing FTF issues.
This happened to me after installing the trigger in my Gock 17 g3 with a compensator
Thanks. This is great feedback!
@@BigDaddyUnlimited YW.
I did however see a fella on UA-cam shooting his Glock with a G-flex trigger and installed comp and worked.
Could have been a different caliber or model tho
Okay I ain’t see Florida on the list but I gotta ask is Florida okay with the g flex
I personally wouldn’t use this trigger just for the fact that it doesn’t have a way of deactivating it after the first shot like the echo trigger.
My ghost connector malfunction was already doing this with my gun years ago😂
I have that happen also unloaded the mag in seconds
Which gen would you recommend for a P80 build? I'm guessing 3?
This is awesome
I'm on the fence between "yeah! Cuz 'murica 2a!" and " There's a reason why Glock 18s never caught on for PDW use."
Binaries for ARs can at least be cancelled out of binary mode while this can't, which doesn't seem awesome. You're committed to two rounds no matter what.
I can see this maybe being useful with a USW or chassis, but your normal 19 or 17 doesn't sound super fun. If you want a single shot, you have to undo all of the trigger reset training muscle memory and no way to go back to single without removing, which renders a gun to single purpose toy status.
Hmmm. 🤔
Install an aftermarket safety to your glock if you’re worried about it there are other options to improve it
G18s used to have a 1300 rpm cyclic rate, as I recall.
Now it's like 1100 rounds per minute.
When practical I'll be developing a load for 357 SIG, a 45 grain projectile with a 5 grain or so sabot at 2750-2850 fps from a 4.6 or 5.15 inch extended threaded barrel.
With a compensator and 3 oz of Streamlight TLR-8 added the recoil for two rounds will exceed 1,500 ft/lbs and be equal to the recoil of a 9+P+ 124 grain Underwood Ammo load in a G19.
Add the sabot's fpe and total becomes 840/902.5 ft/lbs x2, with four separate and independent wound channels per pull and release of the trigger.
Four rounds can be dumped accurately at close range in 1/3 of a second start to finis h, generating 3,360-3,610 ft/lbs depending on barrel length.
3,522 ft/lbs of energy, for comparison, equals three rounds of M855A1 from an M4 Carbine.
2,214 ft/lbs is generated by 2 3/4 inch shotshells with 1 1/4 oz payloads at 1,350 feet per second, for comparison, and 3,699 from 190 grains at 2,960 feet per second from a .300 Winchester Magnum Navy load.
Auto switches are inefficient.
Mechanical double-taps are far more effective and useful, especially when combined with lightweight saboted .22 caliber projectiles generating more energy than .357 Magnums.
I would not ever be interested in running 9mm anything given that in 357 SIG you're only down one round vs 9mm.
Bureau's +P load at 410 ft/lbs is 59.5% of 689 ft/lbs, less than half of 840-902.5 ft/lbs,48.8-45.4 of these energy totals.
Just some fun facts for those who who would like to service appropriate targets with 3,300-3,600 ft/lbs in about 1/3 of a second.
Funny, Martin Sheen popped off a little bit

He'll be trying multiple angles to attempt to gaslight and misdirect some individuals here, namely, me.
He's just trying to draw heat off of his participation in a Ponzi scheme of warrantless surveillance and snitchery.

Thinking about getting this but it would be for a conversion kit roni 👀 would add some practicality to it
Wait you can throw this in a PSA dagger???
Yes, and it works amazing! It's the one "clone" we've found where it works great. Use the Gen3 Gflex trigger.
I love Frranklin Armory binanry triggers in an AR because the recoil is easier to control and it has a selector switch ! This is a pass for me. If they made a version with a selector it woukd be awesome but without one its not safe to carry at all.
Uhmm maybe get ah switch then.
Definitely not meant for carry, but for home defense it’s perfect.

I love the trigger!! Got one for my Glock 23 gen 5. I took it to my local indoor range but had hiccups with it not sure if I got a dud or if I just wasn’t shooting it right, so I ended up just placing my regular trigger back in.. I also thought to myself that maybe I wasn’t shooting it fast enough being worried the gun store workers would stop me && say I am not aloud to use it there lol. In that case I wasn’t rapid firing very crazy it was more so a slow/steady motion, could that be the issue ? Every video I’ve seen someone shooting it they were rapid firing, I was shooting fast but not as fast as I am used to seeing cause I was indoors, let me know also started to think it’s cause it’s a 40 cal so I was going to put it in my 19 but never did just stuck with stock🤷🏽♂️
That man looks like my high school weight lifting coach.
Is it legal in Florida?
>Google search pass
Sounds like a huge safety issue.
Why can't it work on a 34? 34 is on the same frame as a 17, i would think it should work fine, but it's not one of the models he listed. Is there something quirky about the 34?
I heard there is shipping issues on past orders
I installed it on my aftermarket glock, but it only shoots 2 rounds, and then it just doesn't cycle. How can I fix this problem?
I installed a Gen 4 yesterday and trigger stays in battery... no clicks nothing. These are worthless my friend and wait cause customers were denied any warranty.
"heavy breathing intensifies"
mine isnt working at first it was locking my slide now its just shooting in semi felt like another thing I wasted my money on
No gen 5 Glock 34?
It should work in the long slide 9mm glocks. They're the same width as the 17/19 models. They just don't work in the 45ACP "Fat" glocks or the "slim" glocks, yet.
Does anyone know if there is a difference in body color of the G flex. From gold plated to silver plated? And some prices are different. Thanks
Why is it hard chambering the first round ?
I got mine 2 weeks ago put it in an did not work,,, so i took it to gunsmith he could not get it to work cant seem to get a hole of them,, still waiting
Same here after that did not work I tried pr triggers from jsd supply

Will it work with 43x
Unfortunately no. There may be a version in the future for the 43 and 48, but right now only the 17, 19 size frames.
