Second time attending NFC and both years (2023 and 2024) have been incredible! This year though has been an absolute blast and it really was a very fun experience! I'm glad you too felt that it has been a good con and hearing your positive review really mad eme happy! glad you suggest it to others, as it is indeed, an incredible experience!!
21:15 Hello, Ganzo here :3 Yup, the style I brought at NFC Dance comp is Disco Dance. I’m glad some americans appreciated it. Disco has disappeared in the USA after the 70’s but it kept living in Europe ^^ I’m glad I could bring this style on stage
the video was pritty well done however it was actually one of the worst ive seen (i'm European and have done alot of cons here) this wasn't in terms of effort by the staff to build up the place but to keep it orginised, there was no staff large groups (none fursuiters holding big conversations in the middle of the room making suiting up really hard) and the lounge was untidy, a friend of mine had his stuff moved it took us two days to find his beans.
The only major cons I've ever attended have been NFC and Eurofurence, and EF's fursuit lounge is equally impressive! Wonderful video and great review! I subscribed to your channel and looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Thank you for the subscribe and the support! I was told by furs at NFC that Eurofurence fursuit lounge was amazing too so I have to check that con out as well :3
Very good explaining video of this great furry con! :3 In addition, was needed a mention to the cool and original furry opera show Flufferdämmerung, to the NFC newspaper "What The Fuzz", the blep machines and achievements unlocking through the official furry con app, and to the bus shuttle to and from Valhalla venue, available each half hour during most of the daytime. Also, I found you in one of my fursuiters photos taken. ;3
Oh woot! Been loving seeing photos of me at the event ^ ^ Yes there is just so many things to talk about at NFC, its hard to fit it all in one video. But that is what makes the con so amazing :)
Well that is unfortunate since I was told it was being held in the concert hall. Where it was being held last year was still amazing, I now wonder what it would of sounded like in the concert hall itself. Hopefully future years they will be able to use it :)
Now I would like to see how you think Eurofurence stacks up to NFC! About the lines at the events: this also made me miss some events, I would love to have seen Furovision. From what I gathered, the NFC crew were kind of overwhelmed with the growth in attendee numbers compared to last year. I did get to see the metal band which was amazing imo. Regarding the rules for NSFW attire: I think you have to give them a few more years time to adjust. European cultures are in many ways more introverted and expressing yourself in that area is more compartmentalized to special events in panel rooms. I think the thing with shining up the latex had more to do with the fear that some oils being used could damage hotel property like seats and sofas or smudge up fursuits. I must say I have no experience with cons in the USA! Only been to Europe and Asia for conventions. I hope to go FWA next year and see what that is like.
Thank you for your comment and insight. Yes I agree that part of the reason for the shining up ban was fear it ruin parts of the hotel and also that the EU needs more time to slowly adjust to being more open with NSFW stuff. Baby steps right :) and I really want to hit up more International cons myself, ones being JMOF and FURDU in my sights so hoping maybe for 2025 :3
@@thatdogcoda actually mainland europe is actually well ahead in such areas its just that its custosy not to rub it in peoples faces who are not intrested in such things, Germany is extremely open about such things
oh to add you can easily turn this into a double con as Gdakon (Poland) is the day after and that con tho small is actually one of the best i've been too,its also super cheap
just one or two things, in Sweden they have extremely strict rules about where and whom you can film which can be unusal in most part of the world (this video actually breaches swedish law a few times) in short if your going don't film people without permission in public as you runt he risk of being fined or taken down to the station (be advised US law or constitutional right are void outside of the states) lastly filming and taking pictures in the fursuit lounges may very well result in a ban from the con as it is in the T&C (this one is standard in europe) what im saying if the con staff see the last part on youtube you might get into trouble

I would like to hear more about the haunted house, the arcade, the nerd market, and so on do you have a video about that or is it something you would make?
Sadly, I won't be making a video or additional video on those topics for the NFC 2024 video. (time constraints and other factors during filming and creation of this video) However, When Im able to go back to NFC, ill be able to film and cover additional topics and events like the ones you proposed :)
@@inflatableboys4753 Not sure fully what you are asking but if wanting to know what the bouncing castles were used for, they were just used to hang out and bounce around with friends in and out of fursuit in the main lobby area of valhalla :)
@ for fursuit support to deliver the kind of service that you get at nfc or eurofurence there’s a lot of work involved, its really not „easily done“ as you said, theres a lot of work from many people that goes into it. Every bit and shelf and pipe needs to be assembled and disassembled and stored from year to year. I kinda get why other cons cheap out on that stuff but we gladly offer that good of a service and are always looking for improvements.
@@fritzedelweiss Ye. I was agreeing about the teardown. I know very well how teardown is like being I worked on staff at furry conventions before. I know its a lot of work but honestly its worth it for the service and support it provides to its attendees. For how much money we spend and energy we put into cons, we need to continue to elevate certain experiences, esp ones like fursuit lounges which are a cornerstone to a furcon :) also again thanks to everyone at NFC and EF for your service and amazing work and dedication to the furry fandom and into the cons you put on
Get a wireless mic , and put it in your fursuit head, sound amazing, without that weird muffling sound. I know you have a nice expensive mic but if you want to wear your fursuit and record a wireless mic the place to be trust me.
Funny enough I finally was able to buy a wireless mic for recording in my fursuit head. I didn't have time to use it for this video but will be testing out and using it for next videos :)
@ You said in your video that nordic fuzz con had more attendees than eurofurence. Thats factually not accurate, thats all i said, whatever that has to do with US cons 🤔
Too bad I can't go to any other furry conventions outside the country because it cause a lot of money to fly there. So that's why I'm going to those furry conventions that are closer to my home.
And that is perfectly understandable. Furry cons can be expensive already without having to add further travel like internationally. Local cons are just as good :)

When or how was NFC bigger than EF the nfc attendance was 3,7k while eurofurence had 5,2k
US cons have a lot to pull from to reach big sizes in attendance. And SoCal is a good prime place to get furs to attend a con

Swedish beer, expensive?
