This week on Facebagel Wednesdays: 5 Minutes of Didge at Cheesman park in Denver, CO.
We have a little change of pace this week, same 5 minutes but with a story. This guy, "lil squat bro' sat down to stretch for his exercising and had an idea to get a few things out of my head and into the world. This theme of Boundaries is what I ahd been struggling with for a bit of time and finally started to exact these ideals with certain people/relationships in my life.
