For example, I allegedly could not access my records if I drank Alcohol for 30 days. Or if you are under 18, you cannot access them. None of that crap was a match for me. The way you explain it simply makes sense.
Remusomega..My friend you misunderstood Linda Howe’s reason for abstaining from alcohol. Read her book again. She is the real thing. She’s been accessing the Akashic Record for 30 yrs. This Swan lady...it seems to me reads ALot..doubt she has had the depth of experience accessing the records. She uses a lot of rhetoric and is somewhat uncomfortable sharing newly acquired info. Linda Howe is the real thing. This one here...meh. We can all read and research stuff then regurgitate it!
I believe she says 24 hours before accessing. I’m not sure if I have a new updated version. But the 24 hour rule does make sense to me. You aren’t honoring the practice if you aren’t in your best clarity. This way you avoid mistakes. I think she also updated her rule on not mixing practices. For example mixing reiki and akashic access. The book of hers I’m reading now states that you should practice separately until you have arrived to a place where both practices can be honored equally.

I’ve always been interested in the way things work including this universe and once I was in science when I was young , I realized ultimately everything is vibrations because of atoms they are constantly vibrating and everything is in waves like hearing things, seeing things (colors are vibrational reflections off of a surfaces reflection of the sun) and even in feeling things like emotions often you hear someone say it “came over them like a wave” everyone I talk to about these kind of things instantly just stop listening and try to change subjects or literally call me crazy it’s so hard living among people who don’t even want to understand.... it keeps pushing me away but my knowing keeps bringing me back.

It was only when I read about Zen Shikantaza (just sitting) that I realized my obsession with anchors was the problem. I ditched them and just sat with an alert mind and let go which creates this odd paradox. Highly alert, deeply calm. The mind drops away. It took me a month to realize that my eyes had to be open so I don't fall asleep, lol. Never would have thought it would be in the empty forms. Now and again, I feel that I've breached a thick rumbling cloud cover and can bask in the light before I fall back into the mind. It's a fraction of a second, but there's more serenity in that moment than I've ever felt in my life. I was talking to a friend of mine and we called them "little satoris". That moment DOES feel like coming home. I remind myself that isn't the goal, but a byproduct of the path. I think because that moment is pure, maybe that's why its so damn cool. I'm not sure what channel Zen falls into, but I'd be interested to know your take on it.
Wondering if you have insight on how people channel through writing (books, plays, etc.). I'm also a writer who gets vivid information, dialogue, images, and directions on how to define and write my plays. I've always said it is channeling. I don't meditate to get into the space, I get inspired, formulate the details a bit, and then through writing the characters talk to me very clearly. I've even had the characters come to me prior to writing or formulating an idea. What dimension am I tapping to with this? And how do you think I could use this same process for personal access to the akashic records?

Interesting!! A number of times when I’m meditating I feel a shift and I’m surrounded by a deep black with little sparkle/twinkles all around!! I did not know where I was but feel after watching this that I’m at a place to access the records. I will set my intentions and when there try to ask questions. My teacher was a former remote viewer. My mind initially was filled with questions. The explanation was simply that the universe knows. Accept that and move on. It wasn't until that moment that I could really access the universe. It's more than simply knowing though...it's manifesting your will within the universe. What you describe about letting go of the conscious mind I used to do by lying back against a tree in the forest. Thoughts, images and anxieties would go through my mind but I just rested with the calm of the woods and all this faded. I would forget myself, where I was, all time, everything, and simply stay in a place of calm outside time and place. Eventually I would come to, remember who I was and where, and I always felt a lot healthier and inspired, energetically revived as if reborn. My creative energies would return. I however never entered this state with an intent. I'll have to remember this.

Dear Teal, I like your talks a lot. You put different or new words on my own experiences, you are more 'awake' than I am in a number of ways, and you really make me progress in my quest. I am very grateful for that. I would like to humbly observe however that you often speak about monogamous love as "limiting". In this talk you actually say "tiny" (... something), when speaking of loving 'only' one other human being. That is towards the end. That sounds like judgment to me, like measuring something on some scale. And it is in contradiction with what you say yourself. Well, like you, I feel and know that we are all limitless and that there are no scales. And whether I choose one or several lovers in our 3 dimensional world, or none at all, at any given time, I can still access other dimensions and oneness limitlessly... "Akaash" (Sky -Sanskrita) is a complex ancient VEDANTic concept....Kudos to those East Indian / Hindu Sages who discovered and scientifically taught this since thousands of years.(Edgar etc studied from there).... I'm hoping West will get past the religious politics eventually to become bold enough to quote / respect the sources. Many saints live on almost nothing till date but teach all these to foreigners for FREE.

Nail on the head their with respect. But unless you know to operate there how do you know what you're doing is or isn't. I was disrespectful and didn't know what I was doing was disrespectful. I'm a pisces always being responsibly respectable. Always caring very kind and empathetic. My lesson learned ask the book, so to speak, if you can "read" it befor you open it.

You are brilliant. Thank you. I read Linda Howe's book on reading the Akashic records. I really did not like it. She included so many explicit limiting beliefs in her method, I couldnt stand it. For example, I allegedly could not access my records if I drank Alcohol for 30 days. Or if you are under 18, you cannot access them. None of that crap was a match for me. The way you explain it simply makes sense.

Remusomega..My friend you misunderstood Linda Howe’s reason for abstaining from alcohol. Read her book again. She is the real thing. She’s been accessing the Akashic Record for 30 yrs. This Swan lady...it seems to me reads ALot..doubt she has had the depth of experience accessing the records. She uses a lot of rhetoric and is somewhat uncomfortable sharing newly acquired info. Linda Howe is the real thing. This one here...meh. We can all read and research stuff then regurgitate it!

I believe she says 24 hours before accessing. I’m not sure if I have a new updated version. But the 24 hour rule does make sense to me. You aren’t honoring the practice if you aren’t in your best clarity. This way you avoid mistakes. I think she also updated her rule on not mixing practices. For example mixing reiki and akashic access. The book of hers I’m reading now states that you should practice separately until you have arrived to a place where both practices can be honored equally.
I woke up and had a vision of an instant flash of bright light, then what looked like Pharaoh statues made of gold. Then the words Akashic Records came into my mind. I looked up what Akashic Records was and I found this video. I know I was supposed to find this video. I have been conversing with God/ Universe for several years and I have been shown many things. I am a teacher of the knowledge. After watching the video I realized that I have accessed the AR often, but I was unaware that there was a name for it until now ❤.
I’ve always been interested in the way things work including this universe and once I was in science when I was young , I realized ultimately everything is vibrations because of atoms they are constantly vibrating and everything is in waves like hearing things, seeing things (colors are vibrational reflections off of a surfaces reflection of the sun) and even in feeling things like emotions often you hear someone say it “came over them like a wave” everyone I talk to about these kind of things instantly just stop listening and try to change subjects or literally call me crazy it’s so hard living among people who don’t even want to understand.... it keeps pushing me away but my knowing keeps bringing me back.

It was only when I read about Zen Shikantaza (just sitting) that I realized my obsession with anchors was the problem. I ditched them and just sat with an alert mind and let go which creates this odd paradox. Highly alert, deeply calm. The mind drops away. It took me a month to realize that my eyes had to be open so I don't fall asleep, lol. Never would have thought it would be in the empty forms. Now and again, I feel that I've breached a thick rumbling cloud cover and can bask in the light before I fall back into the mind. It's a fraction of a second, but there's more serenity in that moment than I've ever felt in my life. I was talking to a friend of mine and we called them "little satoris".
That moment DOES feel like coming home. I remind myself that isn't the goal, but a byproduct of the path. I think because that moment is pure, maybe that's why its so damn cool. I'm not sure what channel Zen falls into, but I'd be interested to know your take on it.

Wondering if you have insight on how people channel through writing (books, plays, etc.). I'm also a writer who gets vivid information, dialogue, images, and directions on how to define and write my plays. I've always said it is channeling. I don't meditate to get into the space, I get inspired, formulate the details a bit, and then through writing the characters talk to me very clearly. I've even had the characters come to me prior to writing or formulating an idea. What dimension am I tapping to with this? And how do you think I could use this same process for personal access to the akashic records?

Interesting!! A number of times when I’m meditating I feel a shift and I’m surrounded by a deep black with little sparkle/twinkles all around!! I did not know where I was but feel after watching this that I’m at a place to access the records. I will set my intentions and when there try to ask questions. I will say the first couple times I was brought there I was nervous as I felt I was being visually pulled forward. Thank you

My teacher was a former remote viewer. My mind initially was filled with questions. The explanation was simply that the universe knows. Accept that and move on. It wasn't until that moment that I could really access the universe. It's more than simply knowing though...it's manifesting your will within the universe. I never could understand this frequency mumbo jumbo. Open your damn mind and just LET IT IN.

I see this as activation's of collective information in a construct of experiences.As these symbols are activated through the reaching of the mind,other areas open to the frequenter. What you describe about letting go of the conscious mind I used to do by lying back against a tree in the forest. Thoughts, images and anxieties would go through my mind but I just rested with the calm of the woods and all this faded. I would forget myself, where I was, all time, everything, and simply stay in a place of calm outside time and place. Eventually I would come to, remember who I was and where, and I always felt a lot healthier and inspired, energetically revived as if reborn. My creative energies would return. I however never entered this state with an intent. I'll have to remember this.

I swear I have had a multitude of free access most of my life.... never knew what all of it was til now, and surely never knew I could know the things there are to know yet.... this is where new technology comes from..... now check out my horoscope.... A sudden fascination with metaphysical or spiritual concepts could have you wanting to read as much as you can on the subject, Leo. Your enthusiasm could lead you in a dozen different directions, which could eventually lead to mental overload. It might be a better idea to take one subject at a time than try to learn about them all at once. Stay focused!

I like your talks a lot. You put different or new words on my own experiences, you are more 'awake' than I am in a number of ways, and you really make me progress in my quest. I am very grateful for that. I would like to humbly observe however that you often speak about monogamous love as "limiting". In this talk you actually say "tiny" (... something), when speaking of loving 'only' one other human being. That is towards the end. That sounds like judgment to me, like measuring something on some scale. And it is in contradiction with what you say yourself. Well, like you, I feel and know that we are all limitless and that there are no scales. And whether I choose one or several lovers in our 3 dimensional world, or none at all, at any given time, I can still access other dimensions and oneness limitlessly... I believe the number of lovers to be irrelevant outside of our 3 dimensional world, not to mention of course its legal or religious frameworks.
No right or wrong, just what works for each one of us... now that resonates with me :) Thank you for the opportunity to comment :)
